Everyone we interacted with made us feel well taken care of. The one major disappointment was the DJ. Unfortunately, the audio wasn't working for the first five minutes of our ceremony, which took away from an important moment. She also did not play all of the songs from our "must play" list. This was a huge letdown that this unfortunately kept our wedding day from being perfect and as seamless as we had hoped. Other than the DJ, we loved the venue and were extremely happy with Wedgewood. When we told the hostess that we'd like to eat lunch on the patio, she replied that they were not currently accepting walk-ins to sit on the patio, but would we'd like to sit inside. It seemed a bit strange, but being a beautiful day, we didn't want to sit inside, so we declined and headed out the door to find some place else to enjoy lunch. As we were unlocking our bikes, a young woman who looked like a manager came out and got our attention and introduced herself as Brittany. She said that there was a short wait for an outside table, maybe 5 minutes or so for them to clean it up and get it reset. She said that they did indeed have a couple of reservations outside, but that tables were also opening up. We went back in, waited a couple of minutes, and then sat down for a lovely lunch I think that the hostess was probably just a little confused and used verbage that was slightly incorrect, but we're so thankful that Brittany recognized the situation and came out after us! I had the Seafood Louie Salad (As I almost always do when I come here) and my wife had the Fish and Chips. They were both delightful, as usual. Also, this place has the best sourdough bread anywhere! We had a very disappointing experience at Paséa , and unfortunately, we would not stay here again…read more Our scheduled check-in time was 4:00 PM, but our room was not ready. We waited approximately 40 minutes before we were finally able to get into our room. The hotel initially offered us a $50 credit, and after the continued delay, increased it to $100, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. When we finally entered our room, we discovered visible stains on the bedsheets. After waiting 40 minutes just to get into the room, it was extremely disappointing to find that the room had not been properly prepared. We contacted housekeeping and had the sheets replaced. We did not want to change rooms because we had already spent so much time waiting and did not want to go through the entire process again. Then came the most concerning issue. At checkout, we reviewed our folio and discovered a $118.74 charge from Lorea, the hotel's restaurant. We never visited Lorea and never made this purchase. The charge had been posted to our room even though it was not our bill. We had to wait another approximately 40 minutes at checkout while the hotel investigated and confirmed to waived the charge. So during this stay, we spent approximately 80 minutes of our valuable vacation time waiting because of problems caused by the hotel -- 40 minutes waiting for our room at check-in and another 40 minutes dealing with an incorrect restaurant charge at checkout. The location is beautiful, but unfortunately, the service and overall experience did not meet the standard we expected. We left feeling that we spent far too much of our vacation time dealing with problems that should never have happened in the first place. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

She had never been to a drag show and we have never been to this location so we figured we would come check it out. We got a reservation for 3 people and ended up sitting at the bar on the side of the stage. It was perfect for ordering drinks and getting a good view. And yes the drinks are made strong but still have good flavor. As for the show it was very fun and entertaining. They walk around and perform and make everyone feel involved even if you are in the back. After the show they have music playing and you can stick around and party the night away. We stayed to get some pictures in the photo booth and dance for a few songs. Overall it was a fun night and we would come here again for another show.

To top it off, after we had already checked out at the front desk, the hotel called us two hours later asking why we hadn't checked out yet. Unless you really push for it, dancing isn't encouraged. You could get a table, but even then the energy around them felt off. Overall, there's a noticeable disconnect in the vibe. Security along with ticketing staff has been safe, consistent, and as long as you're nice they treat you the same or they push you along. It's a coin flip.
