Our two-person team was working there, and in the morning we confirmed with the venue manager, the other vendors, and the couple that we were allowed to park in that lot--we needed to be parked nearby--but your staff refused to let us park there. After 11 hours of hard work, I then had to deal with that valet again just to get my keys back. I was about to call the police. He was trying to extort money from me and was shouting at me in front of the guests. Everyone except him understood that we had permission to park in that lot. Please be more careful when hiring staff who will treat people with respect and not create unnecessary stress.

Moving onto the bad, PVP employees throughout the night requested to speak with us about payment (which we did during an important time, our sunset photos and one of employees said no worries everything is good) and and then they continued bothering and asking our guest who's going to pay us multiple times even though they had already been paid in full over Zelle the day prior to the wedding this looked really bad for both us as the wedding host as well as PVP manager who apparently doesn't communicate with his employees about payment status. This was honestly quite embarrassing and something we shouldn't be worrying about on the day of and this is the reason they receive the three stars instead of five stars. Because of this experience, I would not ever hire them again, but they were our only choice per venue guidelines.

These are the guys that park the cars at most of the Restaurants in Cardiff and at some of the La Costa Events. They did a great job for us at the Beach House in Cardiff on a busy afternoon. We came in two cars and my elderly mom was treated like a queen. I can walk a mile but not my mother. They acted like she was their mother and made sure her car was close and available because of the walker, and told her it was on the house no cost and no tip needed. She did not have to wait in line, and gave them a great tip.. Age has its privileges. Some guy named Ziggy was there. Thaks from the whole family. On a seperate note and a seperate valet company: Beware the guys at Encinitas Hospital they tried to give me someone else's car. I had to insist the BMW was not mine. I have the 16 year old Honda.
