I had a last-minute trip to Denver during a big convention. The closest, reasonably priced hotel was about 25 miles northeast of the city in a town called Brighton. Of course, there were no rental cars available, and I had to be in downtown Denver at 6:30am the next day. My hotel recommended I call Special Times Limousine, which I did--at 8pm. They called me right back, told me it would be $50, and that they'd have a car waiting for me at 6am. As promised, the car--a nice, black SUV--was waiting for me at 5:55am right at the hotel's front door. The driver was super nice and accommodating, not blinking an eye when I asked to sit in front. He was friendly, but not overly so, chatted--but only because I wanted to, and a very safe, capable driver. I would absolutely recommend this company. read more

In Brighton for the week and apparently cabs don't like to come all the way out here. I was reluctant to take the hotel's advise for this company, but am very happy we did. We used the service to get to a Rockies game. The vehicle was a nice Suburban, and the driver was a friendly professional. On the way we asked about a return trip, and he said he'd be listening on the radio to the game and would be in the area if we wanted to return right after the game. When we called post-game, he was waiting a block away. Great service, clean car, easy paying with card. And only $10 more than what the cab estimates were (not that we could have gotten one). read more

Everything about this company is A+! Setting up pick-up times, the drivers, the owner, affordability, service, it's all there. We use Special Times going to and from the airport and now that the shuttle service my parents used went out of business, they're using Special Times, too. I'm waivering between a four and a five star review. I finally settled on four stars not because anything went wrong with my reservation (in fact, service was great), but because I don't really have any other equivalent experiences to base it against. That being said, don't let the lack of star swerve you - Special Times did a GREAT job helping make my daughter's Sweet 16 party a success! However, what I would recommend for anyone booking Special Times is to please make sure you confirm EXACTLY what you're looking for. If you want decorations, rec carpet, etc. please be very clear what you're expecting so you aren't disappointed. We were in an interesting spot in that my daughter wanted to have a dinner/movie night with a co-ed group for the first half of the party and a sleepover at a downtown hotel just for herself and her girlfriends. So, a traditional limo package wasn't going to work well. What we really needed was transportation to Denver one night (we had rides home for the gentlemen in our party squared away) and transportation back from Denver the next morning. Special Times was able to get me a very fair and reasonable price for two transfers - one via a gorgeous Chrysler 300 limo for the trip to the city and via a Suburban for the small group going home the next day. I do think we had a communication gaffe: I had requested the Sweet 16 package, and was willing to pay any add-on fees for this. We didn't get a package at all: no red carpet, no cider, no cupcakes, which are all part of the Sweet 16 package noted on the website. We did get a very prompt, funny and all-around awesome driver, a beautiful limo, and one very happy 16 year old who was thrilled to get a ride in a limo, but I was disappointed that I had confirmed the package with the lady at the time I made the phone call. I am suspecting something was lost in translation because we treated this as a transfer, so the next time I book them, I'll remember to clarify *everything* at the time of booking. Anyways, the limo itself was spectacular - very comfortable, plenty of room for a group of seven, driver was used to driving teenagers and was totally in tune with my daughter's tastes. I was equally disappointed that the only 'decorations' in the limo were three purple balloons. Again, I thought I had made it clear I wanted the birthday package, but my daughter didn't care. I just felt like the company just went half the way with decorating for a birthday. Morning driver was early, which for me is a HUGE plus. We were ready to go, and he was ready when we were ready. The Suburban was in excellent condition, and the driver was quiet but super-polite, which is a huge plus in my book. Overall, I have to say this was an excellent experience in spite of the birthday package hiccup. We'd book Special Times again in a heartbeat and do plan to use them for prom in the spring. read more

This is a great local company we have used them more than once and the times that we used them the service has been great. The drivers always professional and on time and the fleet is always current from executive vehicles to the stretch limos, and even the Party Bus and passenger van. Also the prices are good compared to other big companies and I mention it again the great service. After reviewing many limo companies --- the owner Kevin called me personally after sending a quote. The price for 5 hours was very reasonable. It was my daughter's sweet 16. I wanted the balloons and cider and everything was perfect. They had so much fun and at the end of the night really rocking the music --- our driver Jonah - hope i spelled right was very polite and gave them the royal treatment. He was nice enough when all the kids were dropped off to let us parents go inside and snap pictures of us utilizing all the horns and balloons -- to much fun! They say they are 24/7 and they are not. I called in for service and said knowone is working but why on your signs and business cards say 24/7. I don't recommend this company to anyone and who ever picked up the phone was very rude to me. read more

I rented a chrysler 300 for my BFF's bachelorette party. The limo was so cool, super clean, a great sound system, stocked with liquor, the works. Wish I could post pictures because it was so nice!
