A few Months back I went out there looking at a service body truck they had for sale. I went and saw the truck. Took it for a drive with one of the owners. I ended up purchasing the truck. My experience with Kristi and her husband overall was great. Like most people I am always a little nervous about used vehicle purchases. But this truck has worked out great for me. Already put about 2500 miles on it with zero issues. At this point I have been so happy with the truck. My wife and were in need of a bigger car to take our grandkids to school and back home. But we had to stay within a budget. After 3 months of looking around. This place had the car we needed and was within our price budget. We have a beautiful 2009 Ford Flex now. It runs great and has lots of room. The gas mileage is really good. We are so happy. It's been 3 weeks now since we have owned it. We have yet to have a problem. The staff there are wonderful. All you have to do it let them know what your looking for and the price range. They will do there best to find a car for you. I was blown away to see how they bent over backwards to get us what we needed. I will always recommend them to family and friends. This place is shady and unethical. They sold my friend a subaru with a bad transmission. The tranny was still under warranty by subaru, and they refused to let her choose her own mechanic and tried to mandate that she must put in a transmission they found for 800$.....transmissions cost thousands! The woman "kristi" also tried to lie to my friend saying her check (a business check from statefarm) bounced in attempt to repo car. The vehicle was returned today 7/6/18 with a the same broken transmission inside and is already back on the lot to be sold to the next unlucky customer...avoid this dealership!!! One last thing the subaru was being sold to my friend for around $13,000. It is now being sold for around $7,000 with the same bad transmission. This place is pure garbage. This place deserves a zero star .. i recommend no one to buy from here..My husband purchased a GMC pick up truck an these people were so deceiving an rude we paid for insurance on truck took it home an 3 days later they lied an said that it needed to get inspected my husband didn't think much of it so he let them take it an they kept it an said that the bank revoked his loan because they wanted more money down how is that even possible .. I would absolutely give this place ZERO stars, but they allowed me to come get a car after they closed for the day. Came from SF to Oakdale to purchase a 350z as it was my dream car since I was a child. Very welcoming and said everything was perfect and the car was stock. They said they checked everything in house (which I should've never trusted them!). I do say that our biggest mistake was not test driving the car, but the owners DID stay open for us so we didn't want to take up too much of their time by testing it. Barely driving the car, the engine light came on and we thought it was going to be an easy fix. Not only did we get the car checked out, we had to change out EVERYTHING (and i'm not exaggerating- battery, brakes, belts, etc). Since we lived far, driving the car home and back had already exceeded the mileage for returning the car because I DEFINITELY would have returned it! Thank god this wasn't going to be my only car because if it was, there was going to be no way I would have gotten to work or do daily tasks. The car has spent more time getting everything fixed and not running (due to wiring issues) than I have spent actually driving it. I know it's a used car dealership, but I really thought the car would have at least worked properly for a few days before acting up. We might as well have gone to an ACTUAL dealership to purchase a brand new car with the amount we have spent fixing it! read more

The sales rep by the name of Mike, very disrespectful and very rude. My husband is a auto body tech and is looking for a vehicle. he was looking at a chevy pickup on the lot. They're asking $12,800 then my brother in-law laughed a little. Then Mike said, what? my brother in-law said, I won't pay that! Mike said, well your not looking he is. Then chuckled. My brother in-law said, I know my brother won't. Mike turned got all pissed, turned around and said bye. My husband told me that the truck was only worth 7,000 on the high side. The repairs would be around 8-10,000. Be careful buying their cars. Over priced and has lots of damage! read more

This small shop was very nice and helpful. I was able to negotiate a price through Email to help save a 30 minute drive. They provided all the information and when I inspected the car it was better than expected. Only time will tell how it performs. It was a seven Year old car so I expected some issues. The only thing I found was a brittle wire loom around the engine. When we picked the car up it was raining so I emailed them first to check the wiper. When I arrived I gave them a wiring loom which they installed. They also put on new wipers without any hesitation. Also the price for the care was the lowest around and had the lowest mileage. I purchased a Chevy duramax from this lot because it looked like a nice one owner vehicle. I was told told by them that the truck had been inspected and they had the fuel injectors replaced before they could sell the truck. They had paperwork showing me it got new injectors and I was happy, so I purchased the truck. I have owned the truck for 6 months sounds like a long time right? But it is not my Dailey driver. This truck sits in my garage and only use it when I go biking or to get hay or something I would need it for that I couldn't do with a car. I haven't put even 1000 miles on it in 6 months that I've owned it. I was driving with my daughter home yesterday and the steering in the vehicle lost control ( a bolt in the linkage fell out that was not fully tight from when they had the innjectors done)I had zero control of the truck!!!! Thank the lord the truck did not drift in traffic coming head on or we would have been in a head on collision!!! I was driving 50 mph when the steering went out and had no control over the truck and thankfully it started going to the right side of the road and all I could do was tap the breaks until wee went off the rd and almost through a fence where I was finally going slow enough to stomp on the brake pedal!!! Thankfully my daughter or me didn't get hurt. I called them in the morning and let them know what happened and all I i asked is that a safety checck be done on the truck and a bolt put back in the steering that could have killed us. The response I got from them was that they couldn't help me at all. I wouldn't never recommend buying a vehicle here, and I'm stunned they they would not even get a safety check Done on a truck they sold me after something like that! read more

I've always been skeptical of these little "no name" dealerships. This place has seriously changes my view. Not only do they have amazing prices on their vehicles, the sales man, although rugged looking, was friendly and knowledgeable. The finance lady was very helpful in answering my questions. Their vehicles are sold as is, but it puts me at ease to know they GIVE you a warranty on the vehicles at no additional cost. I haven't purchased yet, shopping around for a place I can trust once I get my down payment together, but this will for sure be where I make my purchase! read more

They nice at first,.... be aware,! I got hosed by Mike & crew... no one should have to be returning to 3,4,5 times after a purchase with unresolved issues! I went there my issue when I over heard another customer complaining his car check engine light came on "AGAIN" poor guy, likely get the same treatment I got.
