This place is ridiculous. They sell cars that look good but break down soon after leaving the lot. They do crooked stuff and try and get more money out of you that isn't necessary. Best experience at purchasing a car. Very happy with how we were treated. The only comment I have that prevents me from giving them 5 stars is the fact that neither of the two sales people has every made any type of contact with us since our purchase to see if everything was OK and ask for a referral. I bought a car from them 98 days ago. I paid cash the asking price basically and asked for a warranty to cover the first 90 days. I got left on the side of the road stranded because of a maintenance repair that should have been done before I bought the car . when I called to find out that I was 8 days out of warranty Kasper wouldn't work with me .He told me that it was my problem and after I pointed out the lemon laws that it was clearly his issue he refused to help me and then claimed that I paid him less for the car than I actually did buy more than half . The asking price was 4900 He claims I only paid just over $1,000 for the car when me and my two personal Witnesses know I paid $3,500 in cash with just the warranty being the only thing I had bargain for. The timing belt should have been changed at around 65,000 miles and when I asked him if they had done anything to the car they said it did not need anything but it is the law that the belt should have been changed before he sold it to me at 82000 miles. I am fully satisfied with the service I received. Kasper made sure we got a great SUV for a great price. When the finance company wanted to charge more money after the contract was signed Kaspar said no and cancelled the contract and set up our loan with a better company and saved us a lot of money. Horrible customer service. My fiance bought a civic and the head gasket needed to be replaced a few months after the purchase. The car came with an illegal tint and didn't fix it upon request until she got a fix it ticket. The car was a lemon for sure. PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEW TO UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED!!!! Please don't buy car at this dealership, they will sell you junk car. This dealership has a law suits from several customers. Please be aware that they remove check engine light and sell warranty to damages. More like Z WORST! I post the review below last week and I got a threaten call from Z Best Auto dealer. This morning my post was removed from Yelp and received an email to show more reason for my negative post. Again this dealer sold us a car that after 24hrs of buying the car, the check engine light came on and when we contact him back, he said he will check and fixed it but instead, he remove the check engine light with a code. Within 4 days again the check engine light came back on again and we went back to Z Best Auto again and he removed it again saying its nothing. The light came back on again by 2nd week in September We bought the car ending of August 2014, by 3rd week in September, the car was making really loud noises, we decided to take it to a Benz dealerships for proper diagnoses, we seek 2 Auto shop opinions and it was the same diagnoses. The Benz Auto shop did full diagnoses and it cost $8030 to fix the car, it was in the shop from September 2014 to January 2015. After that, another different issue pop up with the car again in April of 2015, that is now costing us another $3000. Both Auto shop did confirm that the check light message that was removed was indication of the engine problem. Z Best Auto will go to any length to remove negative feedback. I was contacted by few other customers that has almost same issues and I will be glad to show all receipt and information from the Mercedes Benz Auto shop that diagnosed and repaired it for $8030, the car as to be repaired with 30days of purchase! The guy who was working there was rude to me and my wife. Right away acted like if we were kids. When he gave us high numbers and we told him $1,00 less than he said, he brushed us off and said to come back when we were serious. The whole time he was attending to some woman in the other room watching TV. We left and found a better place that is amazing. All in all, bad customer service. Horrible! this place is sad, went in looking at one of there jetskis they had 2 of them i wanted the Yamaha well he talked me in to the polaris , said it was good to go and it started at there lot, payed cash and when i got it to the water it was over heating and would not run so i called and told him what was going on and then he says sorry its a as is deal ,, OK well i tried looking for someone in this area to work on it and NO ONE WILL so i call him and tell him whats going on, he tells me he will find someone to work on it, well i never heard back from him, so i call back and told him lets just trade for the Yamaha that i much rather have and he tells me sorry i sent in the paperwork to DMV i bough it on Saturday and talked to him on a Sunday then he had his son there thats a BIG boy and supposed to intimidate people i would not recommend any one to deal with them, since dealing with them i have meet 2 other people that had bad deals with them, save your money and go to a real lot ,, read more
