The Bad: Return Policy: -14 days -customer pays for shipping -25% percent restocking fee. The seller will tell you this is do to each shelf being custom built, however, if you look on their site or on Ebay, you see that they have standard shelf sizes. I did not request anything custom, other than a standard size (34"). They will also have you pay the shipping. If I were to do this again I would highly recommend a company called Liquor Shelves over these guys. They have a standard 30 day return policy, no restocking fee, great product. However, you will still have to pay for the shipping.

The bungo boxes were exactly what I hoped they would be. There was a simple form to have them…read moredelivered. They showed up and dropped them off with convenient dollys to move them around. They showed up the requested pickup day, and that was it. The boxes are very sturdy, and stack nicely almost like Legos. There were stickers to label all the boxes, and all the stickers came off easy. One thing that was really nice, but not immediately obvious to me is that cardboard boxes take a fair amount of time to assemble, but these boxes are just ready to go, and that saved a fair amount of effort. The only thing that would be nice is if the boxes also came with zip ties. I would definitely want zip ties to keep them shut, and I conveniently happened to have a ton of zip ties on me already. I would still go with these again, even if I had to get zip ties myself, but it would be nice if they were included. There are already holes in each side that seem intended for zip ties, and I wouldn't be convinced they would stay shut without them Even though they are plastic, I'm glad to know that these boxes have been used many times, and will continue to be used many more. Also there is the side benefit of not having to figure out what to do with a ton of cardboard boxes.

I guess the way to put a positive spin on this is that Keep It Moving Logistics has been consistent and fair with pricing and service, I kept coming back to them for moving-related services. The first time I used them, they actually came down to Colorado Springs and moved us up to Denver. Twice, they had to move us to/from a place with stairs. They disassemble and reassemble bed frames. The movers are professionals and I haven't had any issues with any of them. The best part of using Keep It Moving Logistics for me has been working with Miss Carla. She communicates well, is so friendly, and with the last move, was extremely flexible with me and my moving date. It kept changing because my new place wasn't ready for moving in, so I had to keep asking for the date to be pushed out. Carla was able to change the date without any problem or issues, and I truly appreciated that. As we all know, moving is stressful enough as it is, so it's given me such peace of mind knowing my belongings will be treated well and using good movers is one less thing for me to worry about. And as much as I love using Keep It Moving Logistics, I won't be moving ever again. This is the last time I'm moving. I'll either get carried out in a pine box or thrown out the third floor window.

This time I needed to move my late mother's belongings into my house in the dead of winter. Not only we're they able to accommodate taking stuff to Goodwill and the dump but they were able to deliver in a full colorado winter. Our driveway is extremely long. The moving truck and wasn't able to make it down the driveway getting stuck at the very entrance. These guys carried all the items down 150-200 feet of snowy driveway and safely into our house. I cannot thank this company enough for their fair prices, friendly service and just overall amazing work. There's not a better team that you can hire for moving than these guys! Epic movers handled everything with care while packing and loading the truck. They ask questions to make sure I was getting everything completed the way I needed it. Without a doubt the best moving company and labor service I've ever dealt with. They were very personable and made my move very easy to handle. The contract was for 3 movers...2 extra were sent as a courtesy for being so late. At time of payment, the foreman was trying to charge me for the 2 extra men, AND extra for paying with a credit card, which was NOT in the contract. In the end that was settled (after many phone calls). The 5 movers were hard workers and got the job done in a fast and professional manner. However, management needs to work on customer skills and scheduling/time management of their crews.

They showed up early and quickly got to work. There were two guys who were very professional and treated my stuff as if it were their own. Not once did I hear them bang any of my furniture. These guys were quick too. I'll be moving within the year as this was temporary and I'm definitely hiring them again. This time to load and unload.
