This is my first time at this office, two hrs later and no injections! I haven't started any treatment yet, although I thought I would be getting a TPI. During my appointment, I was informed that they would have to request the notes from my cervical medial branch block doctor and my previous pain management doctor. This was a little disappointing given that I waited two weeks for this appointment and had previously provided my MRIS. There was no previous mention about my prior doctor's notes. I was also informed that they need to check for pre-approval for my tpi. Again, I explained to this doctor that my insurance doesn't require pre-approval. I called my insurance as soon as I left this office and they informed me that they will contact pain specialists of Nevada in the morning since they were already closed to inform them of their procedure. Dr Nguyen discussed other options with me like an epidural. We also discussed their MLS laser while I was there. I did explain to Dr helmi that I had some red laser treatment at a prior chiropractic office. He claimed that laser was a superficial laser that only went skin deep. Their laser supposedly goes deeper. Two days later, I called in and spoke to I Sandy. She agreed there should be no issue since my insurance doesn't require pre-approval I asked to speak to her manager. 12 minutes later and I get transferred to Soroya

They put me on massive amounts of narcotics and left the meds in the pump for 6 more months. I ended up in ICU from the pump overdosing me. They STILL left the meds in the pump. Then Dr Kim dropped me abruptly (not titrating me off of the massive amount of drugs). I almost died from the withdrawal, so in my opinion I would NOT GO TO THEM for anything. Recently, I sustained a workplace injury and sought treatment through their practice. As part of my short-term disability claim with MET-Life, I requested that my medical records be sent to them; they even requested on 4 different occasions. Unfortunately, instead of forwarding the necessary documentation, their office issued an invoice for $142 to MET-Life without notifying me. Despite multiple follow-up calls, I was repeatedly told that records would be sent within 14 days. However, when I called MET-Life and their office jointly, I was informed that my records would not be released until the invoice was paid -- again, without any prior communication to me. Due to this breakdown in communication and delay in processing, my disability claim was denied. This has had a serious impact on my financial and professional situation. While I continue to hold Dr. Trujillo and the clinical team in high regard, I must express that the administrative handling of this matter has been deeply disappointing. I am now considering legal options to address the consequences of this mishandling. He recommended an epidural injection, which turned out to be the most painful experience I have ever had--and it did absolutely nothing to relieve my pain. When I tried to follow up in December, I couldn't see Dr. Jaggi again and was told I had to meet with his assistant, Ana Cole. She had no real answers to my questions and said she would speak with the doctor and get back to me. A full year later--after countless calls and messages--I still haven't received a single response. The only thing she offered at the time was short-term pain medication, which I declined because I wanted real answers and lasting relief, not drugs. It is impossible to speak with the doctor or get any meaningful guidance from this office. Now, I have received a nearly $500 bill, and when I called again asking for answers, I was told I would need to make another appointment, pay again, and start over. This is completely unacceptable. After thousands of dollars billed to my insurance, I have received no help, no communication, and no accountability. This office does not care about patients--it cares about billing and pushing medication. The doctor is unreachable, the staff is unresponsive, and the level of care is disgraceful. I DO NOT trust this practice and strongly advise others to STAY FAR AWAY.
