They are compassionate, professional, and driven to provide the best care for your animal and you. They aren't going to upsell you on care if it isn't needed, which is highly appreciated in this community. The doctors are straightforward and care deeply about your pets' quality of life, more than trying to make more money. If any one is complaining about the wait times, my best guess is they did a walk-in appointment. Which yes, are unpredictable. But your pet will be seen! I don't know of many clinics around that offer walk-in appointments. This clinic is saving you a great deal of money instead of having you go to an urgent care clinic or ER clinic.
