I called the office and told them this was unacceptable to leave a man in this condition without a commode for 2 to 3 days. Saturday a plumber came to the house and repaired the commode and the floor flange was ok. Thanks to Josh my Dad has his bathroom back and didn't have to tear up the floor. Luckily I got involved from another state to get the issue resolved. Would not recommend or use this company again.
