    An update. I DID change my landline/internet/cable service to Cincinnati Bell! I've had it for a…read moreyear. And... it's pretty great. I changed from Time Warner/Spectrum/Charter. They didn't want to negotiate on pricing, kept throwing on crazy fees and the bill was just huge. So, against my better judgment and out of frustration, I called Cincinnati Bell. The lady I spoke to was really great. I played it col when she asked how much I was paying at Time Warner and how much I wanted to pay. But, ultimately, I got almost the exact same services and my bill was literally half the price of Spectrum. Locked in for a year. No contract. You pay a larger sum for three months so you don't have to pay the huge installation fee up front. I thought it was pretty smart. My service has been really consistent. The cable doesn't go out when the wind blows too hard. The internet is strong. I don't know the download speeds but it works to support like ten devices in my home. I've only had to call them for assistance two or three times. They were nice and helpful. The on demand for Cincinnati Bell tv is a little generic and difficult to navigate and there is really no useful app for a tablet... but it's not a bit deal. My first year is up and my price has increased as "promotions" expire. I figure with companies like Disney and FX building their own streaming services things with cable companies are going to be weird. It hasn't gone up much, though. And I'm not under a contract. So if I want to dump cable and move to Sling, I can whenever I want.

Most multi unit dwelling units can only get up to 50mbps though their Fioptics (they don't tell you this when you sign up). This is because most apartments don't let them install what needs to be installed to get more. So you are paying the same price for 50mbps as someone getting 600mpbs. It is shady and wrong. I put in my address and my friends who has an upgraded unit into her house for price comparison. This is highway robbery. Protect yourself and if you need internet get a different provider if you live in a multi unit dwelling unit. Or ask to see if they have the upgraded unit on the outside of your building for each unit. If not buyer beware.

    I stopped in this store yesterday pretty much ready to leave ATT after 10+ years. My 14 Pro Max was…read moreon its way out and figured it was time to upgrade, tried to online like I usually do, paid what was needed and waited for it to get shipped only to find out it was cancelled. When I contacted ATT they stated I myself had cancelled the order at 4am (Definitely wasn't me). Contact ATT through chat and spoke to an agent that tried the process for me as well and yet again paid what was needed just to turn around and state they couldn't verify my identity all of a sudden and couldn't tell me why and to just go to a store to upgrade. (Thanks for the help) Drove past the Colerain location for work and figured I would just give it one more chance, walked in - Labrea S immediately helped me and listened to exactly what I wanted (17 Pro Max, Ultra 3 Watch). While starting the process she mentioned she was having the same issues as stated before, yet when she took my ID updated my address (Expired ID) and handled the problem quickly with a phone call. Gave good helpful advice on my bill and didn't come at me like a car salesman. Mentioned a buy one get one option on the Apple Watch (Previously the agent I had spoke with had tried and I definitely wasn't interested as I couldn't even get my phone delivered) Still wasn't really interested yet she did mention a situation some customers get in regret when opting out which I could see myself doing, and ended up getting the extra watch for my girlfriend. Syncing everything over on my own has never been easier, Usually absolutely hate going into ATT stores - Service was great, being from Wilmington this trip for the customer service would be worth it. They told me a price and I was on auto billing so I didn't realize the error for several months that they were overcharging me. I stopped into this location and spoke with Ian. Or rather Ian stared at me while I asked questions. I don't know if this person was under the influence or just hates his job. He ended up looking up my account and told me it's correct. When I pressed the issue he just stared at me and shrugged. My husband called AT&T and spoke with Zino who resolved the issue immediately. Ian was completely wrong and wasn't even willing to assist me in figuring out why the bill was high.
