I put this review on google already but I just want to make sure everyone sees this so they can avoid this store. Frankly I would give zero stars. Got a new phone last month. The sales guy was super nice...at least I thought. Turns out when he told me I couldn't trade in my phone cause it had a crack in the screen... he was blatantly lying. He got me to purchase a different phone than what I wanted at $700 and told me I couldn't get the trade in deal which would have gotten me the phone I actually wanted at $200. On top of that he told me that he was getting me a deal on the phone I chose and they were running a promotion on it and I would get a couple hundred off.... well I guess that was a lie too. All this confirmed by verizon customer service. Do yourself a favor and either don't go to this location or do all your business through customer service. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND. read more

The wait is terrible. You walk on no one greets you. There are two representatives working with one customer. I left and came back to the same treatment. The employees here need training in customer service. As I was waiting, for 20 minutes, a white male came in and was greeted!!! How obvious it that.... Now a representative is sitting on her phone instead of trying to assist customers. read more

I went to the store on Sunday to pre-order a new I-phone 14 pro. I requested a purple phone. When I said I wanted to pay for it up front the salesperson seemed like it was a big deal to change and told me to just pay it with my first bill. I got home and received an email asking to confirm the order. I saw that he ordered me a black phone instead of purple. When I replied by email to change the color, apparently that cancelled the order. I emailed the sales person and after 4 days he has not gotten back to me. I called the Verizon support line on Monday and the rep there was very nice but said she had to wait for the old order that was apparently cancelled with the color correction to clear the system before she can order me the correct color. It still has not cleared the system. I stopped in the store today (Thursday) to see if they could fix their error. The salesperson I talked to today said there is nothing that they can do. As I was leaving I turned to ask her another question and she had her back to me and was doing some king of crazy dance for her follow employees. Ridiculous! It's now Thursday and I don't appear to have a phone on pre-order and I'm sure that once I do get one ordered the wait will be a couple of weeks longer. Wow. I never thought I experienced a worse Verizon store till I went to this place to upgrade to a new phone. It was Black Friday so I totally understand things are a bit slow. We put our name in and we're called about 15 minutes or so later. Honestly, this was much better than I thought it was going to be so that wasn't an issue. The issue was when the lady that we were working with came into the picture. I have been an iPhone user for many years and was curious about switching to a pixel 3 so I had some questions. She didn't really answer anything more than what I already knew so it wasn't helpful. She then went to the back of the store for a few minutes and came back. I wasn't sure why and found it odd. She came back and I asked for her suggestions on storage for the new phone. She wasn't helpful but I told her I wanted the smaller size. She verified and went back into the back. After quite awhile, she came back and verified the model type and size and color of the phone. During the transaction, she told me that the whole Verizon store was having issues and they required you to get insurance on your phone and we would have to cancel it within 45 days. (more on this later.) As she swiped the card, it wasn't sure so this added more than 10 minutes to my already 45 minute + interaction with her (what should have been 15). We moved from a tablet to a computer. After a few more minutes she then explained the charges and it went through. Finally. We walked out and that was that. That night, I began setting up my phone and realized that she gave me the wrong storage amount and charged me for it. $100 more to be exact. Upon me calling customer support for Verizon, they told me that there was nothing they could do aside from having me come back in and getting a replacement phone. They acted as if refunding me the required $50 restock fee was compensation. LOL. To make matters worse, when I inquired about the insurance that I was told was required due to their system messing up, customer support had no idea what was going on and wasn't aware of this. They also told me that instead of charging for just my phone to have insurance, they charged me for all phones on my family's plan ($39.00). Moral of the story: do NOT come here. They take advantage of you and charge for you BS stuff that isn't even accurate or true. read more

This store used to give great service. I just bought a new phone. They gave no help with transferring information. They just tossed a printed sheet at me and said follow this. When I came back the next day because my new photos weren't automatically transferring, the staff person said that they never do it automatically you have to do it manually. Like I only fantasized that they did it automatically for the last 15 years. They said we are only sales reps and never gave service. The reason I shopped there was because they had good service. I used to recycle old phone and mophie batteries there because they are bad for the environment. They said that they had Never recycled them. Just say you don't know. Don't lie. I hate being lied to. They said if I need service I had to go to Apple. I'm sure they get commission, so from now on the commission goes to Apple too. They were rude too. They all looked like teenagers so they probably think anyone over 40 is stupid. Well, my stupid money is going somewhere else. read more

If I could rate them any lower I would! But you have to at least give them one star to put a review on here. They are always busy the wait is at least a half an hour and when you finally do get to someone the promotions are always different depending on who you talk to! So I went on a Saturday, the line was to ling to wait and I asked the gentleman how long their promo would go on for....he said he couldnt tell me! He didnt know when they ended, only when they began. I went back the next day and was told the promo was only for certain tier customers and that my phone didnt qualify. So, frustrated, I went to the tri county store.....I was told about promotions, I was told when they ended! Ha and was also not pressured. This store is busy all the time and the wait is crazy. If you can do your business online you should go that route.

This store was horrible and unprofessional. My daughter went in there to get a phone replaced. She asked to have it shipped to her work and was told that could not be done. We all know that is a lie, hell, Maury Povich knows that is a lie. Even though it was a long shot, she had the phone sent to her home. Of course the driver came while she was at work like she tried to explain to the inept associate, and now she has to drive out to some station to pick it up between 8-9 tonight. That is not customer service, in fact, it is customer disservice. This is ridiculous and Verizon is going to hear about. read more
