Jake was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. There was a slight issue for the rear window tint and they informed me why. I was out of town and could not come back for a touch up. Jake was so kind to offer to stop by and attempt a touch up before my early flight. In the end i went back when i returned from my trip and they re-did the rear window. I am very satisfied with their service. They even washed my vehicle before sending me off. They do have a waiting room with a restroom. I highly recommend!

Technician Donnel Jones took one look at my windshield and calmly stated 'oh sure, we can fix that'. In fact, Safelite made the appointment on the spot and within 1 hour; I was back on the road with a repaired windshield. I was quoted one price, and then, conveniently, the price increased afterward. If you give a customer a quote, you should stand behind it instead of changing the price and expecting the customer to just accept it. And then there's the manager, Grayson. He demonstrated zero accountability for his own incompetence and seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than actually resolving the problem. That is not what I expect from someone in a management position. When I asked why I wasn't informed of the price increase prior, Grayson responded, "You didn't ask." Sir, why would I ask when I was already quoted a price? You should have integrity and be transparent. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful of my time and money. A manager should be able to take ownership when something goes wrong--not make excuses and pass the blame. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I called the business and I loved that you didn't have to have appointment to be seen. So you could just be driving in the area and be like "hmmm I want darker tint" stop by and they got you. I've always wanted to get darker tint and my tint has been on my car for 11-years so it was time. So I pulled up and I'm not sure if he was the owner or manager but he told me to go inside and he would be right with me. He was outside talking to a customer. He came in and got me about 15 minutes later to see what I wanted. So we walked over to my car and I said I wanted the 5% all over and the top of the windshield done. So because I had to get my old tint taken off he gave me a pretty good deal. Instead of charging I believe $90 for the take off she charged me $80 and threw in the windshield for free. For a 4- door coupe it starts at $140. So my total was $220 for everything which I think was a really good price. I and brand inside and they have some nice music on and a vending machine if you want a drink and a snack while you waited. They took about an 1 hour to get me in and out which was great because I had a couple more stops to make. And it's a lifetime warranty I believe besides if your window is broken out. So if y'all in the area stop by and give them a try. I will be back because they also offer car detailing and Mr. Black really need to get that done! I'll add pictures at a later date.

The main reason I tried this shop is because I was able to book my appointment online. Bob, the owner, strategically books appointments for each person for a few hours out. Therefore, you're the only person sitting in the waiting room and he's only working on your car. Genius Idea!! No more first come first serve business because you have an actual appointment!! I booked online, received a confirmation and was sent a reminder the day of my appointment. I was greeted by Bob when I arrived and he described what he thought would look nice on my car. He even showed me examples of other cars he recently serviced that were similar. He was very customer service oriented and checked on me a few times to make sure I was okay in the waiting room. He even brought me back to check out my car after he finished the first side. I was really impressed with this young black entrepreneur. He does excellent work and is clearly a few steps above the rest with being able to book online. Prices vary, so inquire within. APPOINTMENTS ONLY!
