Jake was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. There was a slight issue for the rear window tint and they informed me why. I was out of town and could not come back for a touch up. Jake was so kind to offer to stop by and attempt a touch up before my early flight. In the end i went back when i returned from my trip and they re-did the rear window. I am very satisfied with their service. They even washed my vehicle before sending me off. They do have a waiting room with a restroom. I highly recommend!

Fast forward to recently, and that tiny crack had grown to about the size of a quarter. I scheduled an appointment for a mobile repair, but literally overnight, that quarter-sized crack expanded even more. When I called Safelite, they were able to move my appointment up, but at that point, a full windshield replacement was necessary. That turned out to be the right call, because the crack quickly spread from one end of the windshield to the other. Sigh! I arrived about 30 minutes early, and my technician was able to take my car right away. He let me know the process would take around three hours, and he was spot on. The waiting area was spacious and comfortable, with a TV and a coffee/water station, which made the time pass easily. Once everything was completed and recalibrated, I was invited to inspect the work. They did an excellent job on my windshield, and I really appreciated the extra attention to detail. He was even able to transfer my car's insignia from the old windshield to the new one. Overall, a smooth, professional experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Safelite.

I was excited when the Capitol heights Safelite technician knocked on my front door, but my excitement was quickly deflated when he informed me that he was instructed not to do the job at all because the piece that was removed by Safelite a couple of years ago was not on the car. One has nothing to do with the other!! If they could change the windshield a couple of years ago, they can absolutely change the windshield now?! I made an appointment almost a week ago, so they wasted my time, impaired my ability to be mobile, and because I paid in advance, they wasted my money!! I rarely complain about anything, especially not in public, but this infraction is unforgivable I need remediation for what amounts to more than an inconvenience. Look at all my other reviews. You'll notice I'm not a complainer. This however, was horrible and must be reported. When I called to talk to a human, both numbers led me to dead ends. I could not even leave a message. I called the business and I loved that you didn't have to have appointment to be seen. So you could just be driving in the area and be like "hmmm I want darker tint" stop by and they got you. I've always wanted to get darker tint and my tint has been on my car for 11-years so it was time. So I pulled up and I'm not sure if he was the owner or manager but he told me to go inside and he would be right with me. He was outside talking to a customer. He came in and got me about 15 minutes later to see what I wanted. So we walked over to my car and I said I wanted the 5% all over and the top of the windshield done. So because I had to get my old tint taken off he gave me a pretty good deal. Instead of charging I believe $90 for the take off she charged me $80 and threw in the windshield for free. For a 4- door coupe it starts at $140. So my total was $220 for everything which I think was a really good price. I and brand inside and they have some nice music on and a vending machine if you want a drink and a snack while you waited. They took about an 1 hour to get me in and out which was great because I had a couple more stops to make. And it's a lifetime warranty I believe besides if your window is broken out. So if y'all in the area stop by and give them a try. I will be back because they also offer car detailing and Mr. Black really need to get that done! I'll add pictures at a later date.

The owner is super friendly, very attentive, and gets an A+ for great customer service. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. When I went the first time, I needed my tint to be removed to pass state safety inspection. That experience was great! They are very professional and very quick. I then returned to get my windows tinted again and of course, they did a wonderful job again! I only needed the front windows tinted so they did an amazing job of matching the tint of the back windows. The lobby is nice and clean and has great air conditioning for hot days. I booked online, received a confirmation and was sent a reminder the day of my appointment. I was greeted by Bob when I arrived and he described what he thought would look nice on my car.
