When Glady came out with the phone she grabbed a charger box from a company called "Cellhelmet". Never heard of this brand. She said, and I quote, " it comes with the phone since new iPhones don't come with a box, just the cord". I unfortunately assumed that meant it was free. Big mistake! Later that night my wife looked at the receipt and saw that Glady charged me $35 for this P.O.S. and also charged me $8 for handset protection that was never discussed with me. I went back the following Monday (3 days) to return the box and have the handset protection removed. I was told by Glady that cricket doesn't return accessories! I told her " but you never said there was a charge for it, and you added handset protection that I never heard about!" She offered no explanation. I asked for her DM's number and was told I couldn't have it, she would take my number and the DM would "maybe call me when they stopped by the store" in the next few weeks. She told me I could call customer service which I did but was told there was nothing they could do. Btw, there is no sign at the store discussing this policy, and Glady was TRAINING a new associate with my transaction. Doesn't say much for the next generation of cricket employees. I know no one will reach out from cricket to make this right so please heed my advice: ask about all charges before paying.

Tim the "manager" told me and my girlfriend he would give us a 20% discount on an item we bought but never told us that the discount was a clearance item and wouldn't be able to return it if the item didn't work. Of course the item did not work and when I went back to try to return it they told me that all sales were final and couldn't do anything about it. To top it off a couple of the employees were making jokes and laughing about it so you can say their level of professionalism is pretty low. Never will I return to this pathetic store were they lie to the customers that go there just to make a sale.

took my phone for repair two weeks ago. The gentleman told me he'd need to order the required part…read more I told him I was going to check around to see if another cell phone repair company in the area had the part in stock. The stx repair guy told me to hold on while he double checked in the back to see if he could find the part. When he returned, he said he had the part and could make the repair. I returned 2 hours later and my phone was ready for pickup. He told me it was fixed. The phone was off because the battery was needing to be charged. I trusted him, paid $65 which included a $5 dollar tip. After charging my phone, I made a trial call, and the phone wasn't fixed. I returned to stx and the door was locked. Finally after 2 days of calling, I got in touch with stx. The gentleman told me it must be a defective part. He said it would take 10 days, and when the part arrived, he'd make the repair. I returned to stx on the day I was told, and was told they were still waiting for the part. Frustrated, I went to cpr cell repair. The gentleman fixed my phone in 1 hr. And charged me 25.00 dollars less than stx. The cpr repair guy told me when I picked up my cellphone that it was all original parts. He said no previous repair was done at stx. In other words, stx lied and charged me for no repair. Stx is very unprofessional and shouldn't be in business. They stole my money and kept me without a phone for 2 weeks. I'm opening a claim today on my credit card for a chargeback to get my money back. Stay away from STX cell phone repair. Very dishonest and can't be trusted!

Dropped my phone off when they opened and was told 2 to 2.5 hours. Upon pickup I was in a rush and later the next day I noticed the ring/mute button didn't work anymore. For $160, you would think the repair would be top notch. I wouldn't go back if my next phone depended on CPR fixing it.
