I contacted these conning motherfuckers on 3 separate occasions to tell them to send me shipping labels to send their garbage back to them but they NEVER sent any labels even though their LYING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS swore they mailed them to me. They're only tasking it that way so they can send billing notices to those who still have their modems after a month's time in hopes they can make money off people FOR PROVIDING ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER. MY RECEIPT says nothing about that; the clerk said nothing about that - apparently a receipt is not enough. It is a "gottcha" - they wanted another $60 bucks. I just went to the best kept store in town - The Battery Store and they did a fantastic job for $15.00. Verizon store is always "No Can Do" - very consistent poor service.

I was never made aware of the cycle time and I have been a customer of Spectrum/Charter for over 30 years and have watched the cost rise and rise. I cancelled because another provided faster/better service. I am glad that there is another provider in this area because for years they were the only one available and so now I can see why they are losing customers.

They now have become just like Verizon and Comcast in that they don't give you that much for how much money you pay and you never pay what they say you're going to be charged. They give you some nice, FAIR number and then tack on all these little charges that really add up to a lot. It's sad being as my family has had Directv for a decade and a half that after I cancel they raided my account 13 days before the bill has always been paid and left me with absolutely nothing for my family, literally. I've paid them every month for years and now they act like I'm evading paying them when it wasn't even time to pay the bill yet. Greedy! P.S. Then, that Friday, I got a phone call that the technician had to go to a meeting and no one else was available until the following week. I rescheduled the appointment to Thursday in the following week. However, I went in Saturday after that Friday and asked why they couldn't have scheduled sooner. The staff had no idea.
