The same system sends the sales people to homes that aren't even serviceable in the first place. This same system also sends them to homes of former Point Broadband customers, and I was told multiple times by those former customers that they would never try Point Broadband again because of unreliability. One particular day, I processed 6 sales only to find out PBB doesn't even service the entire area I was sent to. This happened multiple times. *All of the marketing material in my market advertised offering home phone service. I sold home phone service to a lady who went ahead and disconnected her previous Internet and home phone service (on her PBB installation date) only to find out when the technician went to do the install that we don't even provide home phone service in her area *As a customer, they allowed my home Internet service to be down for five days straight over a holiday when I had guest coming that needed to communicate with their children while they were here and Wi-Fi calling is the only way to make calls in my home. *In my opinion, someone at the leadership table does not care or is asleep at the wheel. **To the good people that I convinced to try PBB, I apologize.
