Once again - the worst customer service ever. They close in 1 hour, so of course one of the 3 employees takes a dinner break. This place is packed because the kiosk is broken - again.

Update: less than 30 days after Spectrum, and them trying but not really, we cancelled service with them. I had gotten a new iPhone and with being on WiFi the majority of the time, someone I managed to use 20.5 GB...which really is unheard of. They said that it was the SIM card. So they changed it out and no I didn't go up as fast; but after 20 GB, I really had a hard time using my phone. And they would refused to reset my usage, stating that there was nothing they could do...even if it was their fault. My husband managed to also go over 20GB within a 10 day period; and out of all the companies that we've ever used for phone plans, we've never gone through data this fast. ***So buyer, beware in getting Spectrum*** *********************************************************** My husband and I, switched from AT&T to Spectrum today. Chris Ishmon was very thoughtful and I'm pretty sure by the end of the day, he was getting annoyed with my persistent self. Let me explain myself. So I have an iPhone 8 that I originally paid off and bought from Sprint, when I went to AT&T, I had to contact Sprint to have them unlock my phone to get onto AT&T's network; which ended up taking about 48 hrs last time. Sprint told me that my phone would be unlocked forever and did I understand the consequences of that, and I said yes. Today I went into Spectrum to find out that my phone was locked and after talking to AT&T, who sent me to Sprint again (because that's who I bought the phone with originally) said that it could take 24-48 hrs to unlock my phone. And even the Sprint guy said it should still be unlocked. I sure do love it when everyone points fingers at everyone else but themselves (sarcastically saying). Anyhow, I really wanted to finally get away from Sprint for good; so I went back to Spectrum and told them I would be buying a new phone: iPhone XS Max, 256GB. Now the reason I gave Spectrum a 4 star rather than a 5 star; they didn't have my phone in stock. Chris said that Spectrum hardly sold any in the store; so they decided not to keep it on hand, but could be bought through their website. So I ordered the phone online through Apple and picked it up at the Fayette Mall within 40 mins after talking to Chris. I went back to Spectrum with my new unlocked phone with no SIM card in it; and he was able to port my cell phone number right on over and I had no issues with any of it. So Chris, keep up the good work and thank you for helping my husband and I switch cell phone companies and helping us save money!

There are a number of things wrong. First, the "hostess" is using pen and paper to write down my name to cancel my service. This place is saying they have the best network and offering the best...blah blah tech cable service and still have to write my name down? AT&T enters it in to their system and then they call my name with their fancy iPads and such. Get it together. You are not selling me on the best cable network with medieval technology. Second, basic psychology will tell you to lower the temperature in a room to keep tempers lower. So why must it feel like Satan's musty anus in this store? Are you wanting people to get cranky? Third, I can't really say about the customer service, I've been here since the first Bush administration waiting to cancel my service. There are about 40 people in line (and more keep pouring in) and only 3 people working to help people. People are coming in because they are having computer issues or phone issues or need to pay bills. One guy worked with a woman for 20 minutes because she couldn't figure out how to use her phone. Now imagine 40 people in front of you... I am pretty sure that this is what hell will look like.

My main criteria for any company is always "Honesty & Integrity". I hit the Bulls-Eye! Reading reviews pays off because we are TOTALLY satisfied with the service from Cornerstone. The setup, the panel, the app for our phones: All were explained in detail. Shannon and his team are so down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and explain everything. (They will explain at whatever level each person can understand.) I have contacted the Service to ask a question or two, or three.....by email, text, or phone.....and someone always picks up the phone or gets back to me within a short period of time. Thank You, Cornerstone Protection, for keeping us safe! The End.

Was also told I could do it using the chat app. I could not. Finally, when I talk to someone on the phone, they spent all their energy on wanting to install ADT at my new home. I will never use ADT again. Going forward, any business that is this difficult to communicate with will forever be removed from my approved contractor list. Goodbye ADT. We had the service for 3.5 years and was never happy with the service.

Installation: Poorly done. Called to have it aligned properly. "That'll be a $75 service call." So, I got some double-sided tape and fixed myself. Customer Service: Exported to some Asian country where whoever answers the phone is very hard to understand. How do you politely ask for an agent who speaks English? At least the ladies were polite. The men (and ladies) must have a scripted response sheet they have to follow if you announce a problem. Every one of them said almost exactly the same thing. Question: If the service center is in China, then are the camera shots and conversations there also? The home screen on your wall listens. Cancelation: Damn near impossible. I switched apartments and they still bill me for the old address even though I notified them ahead of the move and installed my own monitoring system at the new apartment. Finally turned it over to my lawyer and the Better Business Bureau. In hindsight, I would never touch them. I have friends who have Vivint, and they feel the same. The men at customer service are rude and pushy. I've documented every phone call and email. Did you know that if you remove your consent to be contacted, but they continue, it can be considered harassment, and there is a fine for each contact?
