The girl that was trying to help me needed the manager to help her print my bill and no one wanted to bother him while he was outside, so I took it upon myself and had to walk around the building where there was an obvious SKUNK smell with not a in sight. He was on a personal call outside and tried to tell me to wait, but I advised him that wasn't an option. I had to literally shoo him back inside. I fussed at him all the way inside & through the store. He had the NERVE to try to tell me to "ma'am, can you keep it down"... My response was "Don't shush me! I've been here for 30 minutes trying to get my BILL PRINTED since I can't access the online portal because VERIZON didn't change my number correctly in their 2-factor garbage. Business customer for over 20 years & no one can help me " It took him all of TWO SECONDS to push that button to print that bill. AND, I got my point across with not even one curse word. No wonder this store has a horrible rating. And yes I'd already tried the business customer service line... Was hung up on by the automated system 5 times before reaching what I THOUGHT was a human. Nope it was an AI BOT that could understand me. Southern drawl I guess. He listened carefully, took my phone, asked me to wait. About 5 minutes later he brought my phone back, said he had given port a good cleaning and promised me it would work fine. He charged $20. My iPhone has worked perfectly since then! It had been driving me crazy before, now it's good as new! He could have easily told me to come back in an hour, done the 5 minute cleaning, and charged me $100, I wouldn't have known the difference. Instead he was honest, did the job right, and made me a very happy and loyal customer! HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION

After several minutes i finally asked if there was someone who would help me and they finally did. The guy that helped was nice and helpful, but to me it's bad manners not to ask a customer when they first walk in the store if they can help. They told me I was wrong and that the disc drive needs to be replaced- mind you, they still hadn't even looked at it yet. It took this place a total of 7 days to replace a fan that took 3 days to receive when ordered. If I had the tools (which I just ordered some for myself) I could've ordered the fan from MICROSOFT and REPLACED the Fan myself in 3 days total !!! Through this WHOLE PROCESS I had to call them, I never received a CALL or UPDATE from them!!! HONOR WHAT YOU TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS !!! I knew this was a lie so I asked her to say it again, just to be sure. She doubled down. I continued the transaction and called AT&T customer support immediately after leaving. The corporate agent I spoke to told me that it isn't true and that there is zero possibility that this is a store policy. Now I have to waste another couple hours returning the phone and closing my brand new, fresh account. Arvilla has to lose all of her commission because she just had to stretch it a little further.
