    I despise coming to this location. There are 6 employees here, only 1 is actually working. The others are standing around laughing while 10 people are sitting here waiting to be helped. Horrible customer service, with zero professionalism.

    Poor service! To many customers and not enough staff to help! Almost one hr wait time! The quality of helping customers is poor, maybe this is why this location is rated poorly!

    Omg!! If you want a place to sit and reflect on your life choices, come and sign in at Spectrum. I had to pick up some equipment this fine Saturday morning. I signed in at 10:53 am. The wait has been ridiculously long, and you have 3 long winded employees helping 1 customer. They stop for a second to read the room and tell you that you're going to wait even longer. The list of names on their prompter is like purgatory, you're praying you can get off that list and your name is called. No one is in a hurry when you get paid by the hour and by not by the customer. They've started calling names and one man says my name is next... response well we're waiting for XYZ to show up. Man walks away and then they call his name. You can't make this stuff up!! My battery was at 100% now it's at 32% and I'm still waiting, the time is now 12:01 pm. The natives are restless, kids crying, and running around, parents looking defeated. They took their kids outside to stand in the heat as not to disturb everyone. Shame!! It's now 12:25 my battery is at 18% . They brought in 2 more reps and the people who left 40 minutes ago have been resurrected, and have gotten in front of everyone. It's a vicious cycle. I would leave but I need the equipment. Seems that there has to be a better way. Maybe they are slow because their Internet is slow? It's all starting to make sense! Whelp, my name was called at 12:48!! I rejoiced and did a praise dance to the counter. They couldn't find the order I placed online days ago, but Francisco got it straightened it out, and I was on my way out the door at 1:08. While I was being helped I think I coined a new word "Turtlenet"! All I can do is laugh, this is not how I expected to spend my morning and afternoon. I just have to remember that God is good and this might have been a test for the patience I've been praying for!!

    Been waiting here nearly an hour and a half to return my equipment This is nonsense 8 stations and only 2 are manned Ridiculous Should be an in and out process What a pitiful business practice

    If you come plan to wait !! Not enough staff for the amount of ppl that come in . SMH . Even with an appointment you will end up waiting .

Got a new phone (Vanessa had sold me my old phone 6 years earlier), and a new tablet for my wife. Couldn't be happier. Even though I live in Hemet I went to the Moreno Valley store because Vanessa had moved there, and I had several great experiences with her previously.     I have been with Verizon for over 25 years, I have upgraded my cell phone several times in the…read morepast, today (June 22 2026) I thought I would upgrade my cell phone to a new one, first thing I had to do is register in the store and be put in the queue for a salesman, then one of the reps came up to me and interrupted me as I was filling in my information, I had to repeat myself several times to him to be placed in the queue, it would of been easier if he let me finish it myself. I waited about 10 minutes, not too bad. A young lady greeted me who was going to assist me in my upgrade. As I was explaining what I had for a trade in, she cut me off and interrupted me as I was telling her what I had, then she asked me a question about what my cell phone was doing, I started to explain and she cut me off again, got past that question and she asked me another question and again as I was explaining again she cut me off one more time, I was fuming at this point, but I stayed in control, she did it one more time as I spoke and I told her she needs to quit talking over me as it was rude, she just looked at me like I did something wrong. I was so mad at this point, I told her she was being very rude talking over me and she began to talk her salesmen nonsense. I told her I had enough because of her rudeness and I got up to leave the store. The rep who helped me looked at me like I did something wrong and told him she needs to quit drinking so much coffee. I don't know anyone who likes to be talked over like it's normal, I was so pissed as I left the store. If you need to buy or upgrade your Verizon cell phone from this store beware you will be dealing with rude sales staff. Best Buy was right across the street so I went there and the Verizon young lady there was so helpful and went over my options. I hope Verizon or the store manager or store owner calls me so I can file a complaint. 23 June 2026 UPDATE from Business Owner (see their response) It's a disappointment seeing that the business owner classifies being treated badly by rude company employees as a "bad experience". If the store had an HR department I would visit them, my question to the business owner is: how are you correcting bad behavior by your employees? I will NEVER go back to this store again, sort of questioning my long term partnership with Verizon.

We have reached out to the "provider" and they are bad customer service. I'd also like to add that we pay for the "highest speed" and it's still terrible. Don't expect to use this internet in a rainy day or with clouds present we use our phone hotspots. Edit: You are a scammer. If you actually cared and read my comment; I stated that I did reach out and your customer service was awful, your company just coached us to continue paying for the most expensive Internet option, which I stated is continuously, awful. You always use the excuse of wanting to know customer names, Martin when people have explained there's households previously. You don't need to try and educate us on downloads. We have had exceptionally way better Internet that could download way quicker than this junk service. Download speed doesn't affect this junk to cut out when it's cloudy or rainy or even on a clear day! It's an ongoing issue that multiple reviews have stated. Even the Google AI slanders this Internet company based off of so many negative reviews. Keep on scamming, what goes around comes around.

Requested to cancel due to moving and got a voicemail to schedule a day to shut off service and pick up equipment. Been a whole 24 hours since the voicemail and I have not had a chance to call them back and come home to no service and locked out of my account. Mind you I still have a couple weeks until what would've been my next bill. So I paid for the WHOLE month not a couple weeks. Didn't even give me a chance to set the cancellation up to correspond with my move. Would not recommend ever! You have not made several attempts to reach me I will gladly screen shot the one phone call I received.
