Went to the Verizon store and was taken care of by Art, the technician, and Vanessa, the store manager. Service was awesome. Got a new phone (Vanessa had sold me my old phone 6 years earlier), and a new tablet for my wife. Couldn't be happier. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I have been with Verizon for over 25 years, I have upgraded my cell phone several times in the past, today (June 22 2026) I thought I would upgrade my cell phone to a new one, first thing I had to do is register in the store and be put in the queue for a salesman, then one of the reps came up to me and interrupted me as I was filling in my information, I had to repeat myself several times to him to be placed in the queue, it would of been easier if he let me finish it myself[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I waited about 10 minutes, not too bad. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A young lady greeted me who was going to assist me in my upgrade. As I was explaining what I had for a trade in, she cut me off and interrupted me as I was telling her what I had, then she asked me a question about what my cell phone was doing, I started to explain and she cut me off again, got past that question and she asked me another question and again as I was explaining again she cut me off one more time, I was fuming at this point, but I stayed in control, she did it one more time as I spoke and I told her she needs to quit talking over me as it was rude, she just looked at me like I did something wrong.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was so mad at this point, I told her she was being very rude talking over me and she began to talk her salesmen nonsense. I don't know anyone who likes to be talked over like it's normal, I was so pissed as I left the store. If you need to buy or upgrade your Verizon cell phone from this store beware you will be dealing with rude sales staff. Best Buy was right across the street so I went there and the Verizon young lady there was so helpful and went over my options. We looped in Fernando (store mgr), he aggressively begins ask me "what do need" then hops on the phone, talks to the CS rep and begins to lie on the phone about a solution, as if he was making things happen while rudely talking to me as if I was wasting his time. I hop back on the phone with the CS agent thinking we have a resolution but she informs me that I will have to wait to receive the itemized bill in the mail. I went to Bestbuy first :-( they wanted me to call Verizon so I thought I'll just go across the street. I wanted an upgrade on a prepaid line. I was greeted right away, Latrell waited on me, and I was out the door within 30 minutes. Granted, their accessories are pricey but the customer service was awesome!! I wanted to give Destiny and manager Louie a shoutout for their great service yesterday. I was having problems activating my new phone as a new customer, and the Verizon phone CSR suggested that I visit one of the stores to try a new SIM card. It was about 10 minutes until closing, but Destiny graciously helped me and stayed late, along with her manager Louie. Unfortunately, I wasn't going to be able to activate the phone because the activation was future dated to begin 3/28, and the activation date could not be changed. Also, getting a new SIM card would have caused more complications in the long run. Thanks very much Destiny and Louie, you rock :). read more

Also Came in for a phone upgrade and the employee just charged me and sent me on my way without helping me set up my new phone? I had no idea how to do it and when I tried to ask he gave me vague answers and didn't even attempt to help. I had to ask my aunt who works at t-mobile to help me. I wish I had read their reviews first, then I never would have come to this location. They give Verizon a bad name. They lie and act very unprofessional. No customer service. Buyer beware. The salesman (Angel) quickly put the phone in the bag and told my son to activate when he got home. We got to the car, and the seal was broken on the box! The screen did not have a peel off protector, it had fingerprints all over it, and the battery was dead. We tried activating the phone and it wouldn't activate. We paid around $1,000 for this phone and they tried giving us some hand-me-down. Verizon customer service tried telling this to the manager (Sandra) and she started screaming at customer service. It was a three way call and I witnessed her unprofessional behavior. She would only take the phone back if we paid a $50 restocking fee. She said the salesman said he told us the box was opened (which is a lie). We paid for a new phone and wanted a new phone. We went to the Redlands store and they took care of us. My son stop after the Gym at this store to check on cellulars because he wants to switch company And the woman Manager jump in front of him and told him that he can't look any, my son left for a bit and then he did comeback try to talk to the other sales man and she came back to him again and told him that he can't talk to the sales man because she was the manager. And she did not want to show him anything. This woman judge my son because he has tattoo and he was probably a not too clean after Gym and he was using tank top. Went to Canyon Springs Verizon on November 30th, 2024 in the early afternoon. Went to go in & upgrade our (2) I-Phone 12 phones for I-Phone 16. They told us it would be 20 minutes before someone could assist us.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]After 20 minutes went by I walked up to the group of employees & asked if someone could help us. They told me that 6 of the employees were on break???[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] That's a great start to a wonderful store experience. They actually called a customer service rep out early from his break to assist us. The guy actually told us this & his attitude was angry & he was very annoyed. They did not have the 256gb phone in stock. The rep actually said we could go to another store & purchase the phone & bring it back here so they could set it up??? The quote actually increased over $125.00 more than our current plan. It was like a giant shell game. So the last time I was in the store was almost 4 years ago, yesterday I went in to finally upgrade my phone. I thought it would be easy....I was wrong. I rate this location 2 of 5 stars as they this location is great when you want to purchase a new phone but terrible when it comes to trouble shooting problems. For example, I got hooked into purchasing their insurance ($200 replacement fee) for my iPhone 6 Plus (which I purchased here). My screen is cracked but the phone works fine. I just need to replace the screen but I am told that I have to have the entire phone replaced because they "don't do that here." I also purchased a new case off their website a month ago but it never arrived (ironic as if I had the new case, I wouldn't have a cracked screen). For me to get the insurance company information or for them to check on the web order, I have to sit and wait an hour. When people ask me why I drink, I just say Verizon. read more

Got ripped off. Traded in a phone for credit towards a new phone. Was told I was getting a certain amount I just had to pay the difference. Once they receive the trade in phone I'm given a completely different story and they only give me $20 credit and now I'm being forced to pay an additional $400. This very personal review is really meant for Verizon Headquarters. The management in charge of their Cloud Service is my target. I have lost... too much in my life. 7 years ago I lost what no parent should lose. Other losses as well, many of them precious memories in picture form or other form as well. I believed Verizon was a leader or 'powerhouse' in their business. My memories safe with them in their Cloud. Then my years stored, the size and content of the memories, deleted by Verizon! without as much as a required confirmation that deletion was ok with me, for a stupid new charge added to my account! Verizon, you should have required, at the very least, a response text before your heartless action. A phone call would not have been so difficult beforehand either. After all, one employee did attempt contact, a few times, after all was done. Too late Verizon. You erased my memories. I've been to this location before in the past,some salesmen they've been pretty helpful and kind, answering my questions and helping me with my phone. I was greeted by the security guard also. What I've experienced there, the women that work there are not at all; helpful, friendly or nice. I've been looking for a new phone. Each time i went to Verizon expecting to get a new phone and for someone to help me set it up. I was greeted with a bad attitude and no smile. Them saying we don't set up phones here.
