While Spectrum itself may be a few stars short, this location, and specifically the service received from Scott, are easily four stars. Swung by this Spectrum location, which sits just off of Millard Farmer about a block from the Bullsboro intersection. Was after a bit of information relating to my fathers bill and how we could edit his cable to get the bill a bit lower. Scott was very helpful and provided lots of information, options, promotions and also understanding for the situation. The space is small, but well-kept and clean. Overall, Scott was stellar and Spectrum is less than, but this location does what is needed. read more

This must be a thankless industry. I find the Newnan location and their staff to be quite amazing. They have always tried to make things right for me and my issues have certainly happen with equipment etc but I have always gotten things fixed. People have lost self accountability and the u derstanding they employees don't make corporate policy they work under a set of rules and fees. I am a current Spectrum customer with internet, cable TV and 4 Mobile Lines. The Spectrum office located at 43 Werz Industrial Blvd in Newnan has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I went there to purchase a new iPhone for my wife. The employee that waited on me was totally rude, argumentative and condescending.....I ended up walking out and decided to buy a new iPhone at Best Buy instead. read more

Called Spectrum several times due to getting calls advising internet back up. The cable was never connected from house to the internet after the tornado. They connected the neighbors houses but not ours .Spectrum still working in the neighborhood and I get a call stating that they cannot connect me until possibly Sunday. They have been in front of my house for 2 days with the wires dangling and you are just around the corner and you can't connect me. During COVID we were sent home to work . I have used all my pto waiting for the reconnection. I could get fired! They care not that they failed to connect us!!!!! I am canceling my service and will make sure to let people know they really don't care! Very disappointing. Attempting to return equipment and was told to wait 45 minutes due to some computer issue. Never apologized and told me that I could just leave the equipment without a receipt. I was told by a spectrum representative on the phone to always get a receipt. I refused and took the equipment and will return via UPS. I can understand computer issues, but, employees should be apologetic and show some compassion for the customer. Would not recommend this store due to the way I was treated. read more

Zero stars. Don't make the mistake of signing up with Charter! Look at Charter's terrible reviews everywhere. Consumerist magazine (not-for-profit subsidiary of Consumer Reports) calls Charter the "worst company in America." It's no wonder Charter went bankrupt a few years ago. This sleazy firm's business practices include: - cutting your satellite cable, then insisting that customer fight with Charter's 3rd party unlicensed contractor instead of honestly owning up to their mistake and correcting it. - moving your first bill due date ahead after first bill, without prior notification (told this is a "standard" Charter procedure on 2nd bill) - insisting that customers wait 45 days (unbelievable but true) for Charter's Autopay system to take effect, then warning that double payments may occur when customer attempts to make a one-time payment prior to the interim due date (as a safety measure) - moving from CSR agents in South Carolina to the Phillipines, where they lie to customers by claiming healthy account status with zero problems and confirming Autopay sign up weeks ago, then cutting off all services including (Emergency 911) shortly thereafter, without prior notice - migrating from helpful humans to speak with or chat online (about no-service issues) to worthless automated systems - poor no-service reliability I really wanted to love Charter. Our credit history is well above 700 and we always pay bills on time. But after several serious attempts to cooperate with Charter, acting as a good customer to straighten out their billing errors, all of our attempts have been futile. I recommend that prospective customers view the 800+ complaints about Charter on another website, plus other sites, before wasting your time. Horrible intermittent often no reception and worst internet connection I've experienced since 1990. I use my Verizon Air Card/Hot Spot More the the non existing Charter WiFi. I should charge them for my data and phone usage. They have me by the neck because Xfinity isn't available in our part of Sharpsburg. I suggest going to satellite or Direct TV. read more

After being forced to convert to all digital service against my will things have gotten worse. , I haven't had cable service since 4/23. Picked up new digital boxes and hooked them up ....nothing. We have called CS multiple times a day to get activation . We were told service was out in our area. Finally 4/26 I was told a tech would come out and fix it on....5/1. I'm not leaving work early so, your people can fix this digital mess U created.I think we can get a dish installed faster than that.......... read more

Charter Communications is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I don't know which is worse, their TV service or their Internet. I switched away from their TV service but I am a hostage of their internet service until I can get everyone switched to a new e-mail address. Unfortunately I've used a @charter.net email address for business so this is not an easy process or I would be gone already. Their email servers are not functioning properly. Messages arrive late, appear, disappear and reappear later. They tell me it is a known issue and they have no timetable for getting it resolved. This has been going on for weeks. There were many other issues last year as well. When I had their TV service their HD channels were unreliable and they also cut my phone line while working on the cable. I have never dealt with a more inept company or a company who cares less about their customers than Charter Communications. read more

Having just moved to Newnan few months ago from Texas the apt complex I moved into has an exclusive contact with Charter for cable tv svcs so I had no option but to use them, from the get go they were difficult to deal with all I wanted was a basic cable svc& internet,well since they're all digital it was more to get just tv&internet alone than getting their bundle the triple play cable,internet,and home phone?really who uses land lines any more any way after 2mnths of svc I just decided I didn't want to pay 120$ mnth for there svcs so canceled the tv and "phone svc" that was totally useless to me they also charged for each digital box per tv extra 5$ each just a rip off any way went to wall mart bought some good hd tv antennas work fine get 14 channels with them free and both my tv are smart tv's and have net Felix so don't miss the cable at all did keep their internet svc it's great very fast and dependable read more
