I purchased a new phone close to a year ago and was under the impression that this phone would receive the same discounted service. I called to bring phone in for repair and was informed that i have been paying for a service for one year for a phone that i no longer use. I feel like they should honor the discounted repair for the phone i purchased a yeAr ago since all it involves to have the new phone insured under the same plan is to let them know i have a new phone. I can proof that i purchased this phone and have used this phone since May of last year. It isn't like i am asking for something that i haven't paid for. I have paid their annual 70 fee or whatever the fee is. Bottom line is they should honor repairing my current phone or refund the discount plan fee since it is useless for me. Hard to believe they are making a big deal and losing a customer over a repair that could be as simple as cleaning out the charge port I am waiting to hear from the owner. My Apple Watch was all the way broke which led me to Computer Advantage for service. While booking…read moremy support ticket with Apple, Computer Advantage showed up as a Premier Partner so I decided to book that as the Apple system advised they would be handle most issues. Computer Advantage was easy to find as it's right on the main road. Walking in, the store is very nice and super clean. The tech came out and greeted me and my check-in was quick and simple. Even with the easy access and great service, my review ends there as Computer Advantage was unable to assist me with my tech issue due to the inability to obtain the Serial Number off of my watch. Though I was able to provide it to them, the "system" wouldn't allow access as it wasn't able to connect to the watch. I'm frustrated by this as my Apple ticket was because my watch wouldn't turn on and they still suggested Computer Advantage. To my dismay, my 27 minute, 17 mile journey was to no avail. However, the service provided by Computer Advantage was professional and appreciated... Now I'm back to booking an appointment at an ACTUAL Apple Store!!! Moral of the story for me is, only book at Apple Stores to save time and mitigate the risk of being redirected to a store. To note, Computer Advantage has a great product selection if you are looking to buy Apple products.

We stopped in for a phone battery, garage remote battery and flashlight bulb. They had both batteries, but not the bulb. After looking around, they seem to carry more of the standard options for both batteries and bulbs, so anything special you would need to go somewhere else or go online. Service was friendly and quick, no issues there. Pricing is a bit high, as for 2 batteries we paid close to $25. Overall, this spot serves its purpose when needed.
