Wow! I'm a new spectrum customer and just signed up today on the phone. I had the nicest person who helped me sign up and answered all my questions. He explained I need to go to the local spectrum office to pick up the necessary equipment to start using my new service. All three young men in the store were very unprofessional. The worst services I was promised by Martha Juarez that my payment would drop $10 a month if I got an unlimited 1 year cell phone plan free as a trial. So I did and funny she gives me a SIM card says just to install in phone and it will work. LIES I had to call spectrum and talk to a few customer service guys and found out she sign me up to a plan. Dum B**** . Then she just charges me the $41.25 for my internet cause supposedly it drop. Come to fine out today I have an outstanding balance cause she LIED again her and her manager I told the young man helping me out noo that girl told me I would get a promotion he says have a seat I'm going to talk to my manager within two minutes. He says OK let me charge you. He charges me $42 because he said he didn't have coins for change. I thought that was weird so I logged into my account online and realize he only charge me where I wanted to be charged but I still have an outstanding balance. What a mother*****. I called customer service instead of pulling up on them and going off on them cause I will and it wouldn't be pretty supposedly they cannot prove anything promise in store so I paid my remaining balance. Representatives in store are rude and condescending. Definitely understand when customers are being negative and impolite but this experience was uncalled for. The person being helped prior to my name being called was dismissed as he's being assisted because the representative took a personal call as he's speaking to her. A woman walked in loudly demanding help with her payment; same representative was going to assist her as there were 4 of us waiting in queue. The lady who helped me was rude and wouldn't allow me to ask her questions regarding my equipment return. I was showing her what I had due, to make sure my remaining balance was correct and she wouldn't acknowledge that I was trying to show her my statement and the inquiries I had. She cut me off and handed me my receipt and cut the assistance short. I saw reviews shortly after mine, and my experience was also with the female representative wearing corrective lenses. Wish I can leave negative stars. I returned some old equipment from my old place. They gave me a receipt with all listed equipment returned. I look in my credit report and I'm in collections for $210... I have these pricks now and bout to shut off my service. A total of 10 years of a loyal customer and this is what I get. When I called spectdumb, they can't pull it up because they have a new operating system that never integrated to their new system. Pathetic for a technology company in my opinion... very basic shit here.. So now I'm stuck with a collection bill, which their old operating system acknowledged, which their new system does not. We arrived to drop off equipment we were asked to sign in. Waited 20 minutes to be called when a fella called my name he stated there were 2 options I could wait for a specialist to scan the unit and give me my receipt or a quicker option to go down the street to UPS and have them ship it to spectrum they would also give me a receipt. I'm a bit irritated. how is going down the street faster then conducting the drop off at the actual spectrum store? BTW UPS took under 5 minutes! I would suggest skipping this spectrum store altogether. read more

Since Sept 2020 I witch to Spetrum cable/ net/phone. Not even a month we had nothing put trouble. No TV for almost a month, then none of the channels that we order, then no phone line off and on ever since, no internet that we paid for. And trouble with our bill being way higher then agree every month till even now. Every Month a Big Headach with them. Then every time we call , we have to wait an hour before someone gets on the line. Went to the store one time, that was a hassle, they had no clue how to help us, supervisor told us to go to Verizon. I laughed and said why we have your company now, and you expect verizon to fix your problems. Don't make any since. I don't no how many times they came out in the 1st month and wanted to change me as well. This is not a good company to go with. The deals sound good. But please stay with the plan you have with a different company. We are never home , and thought we can save money. We really haven't save anything but $5 and have nothing but problems after problems since. Are schedule so busy, that we haven't had time to switch with a different company yet.
