Absolutely terrible. They almost never answer a call and when we needed to replace a phone immediately they refuse to tell if they have it in stock. Then we need to go to the store and wait an hour to answer that simple question. Highly recommend any company other than AT&T. read more

FIBER INTERNET BEWARE: This review isn't really directed at this store directly but more towards AT&T in general. We've had the fiber internet for almost a year now. On January 18, it randomly stopped working. We put in an order online for a technician to come, but since it was a long holiday weekend, they didn't come until the 21st. He informed us that there was an issue with one of the telephone poles 800ft away so they would send a different technician to check it out. On the 22nd a different guy came who said that he NEEDS to get into one of our neighbor's backyard (he only mentioned the street behind us but not which house) since that's where the telephone pole is. He waited a bit but since nobody was home and it was still early, he just left and said he would put in another work order to have someone come later in the evening so hopefully they would be home by then. He said the next morning he would check to see if someone else came. Well on the 23rd, the same guy came back out again since nobody came in the prior evening. Said he waited 30 minutes outside the neighbor's home, but since nobody was home he left once again and said the same thing about putting in another work order to have someone come out later in the evening to catch them home. Well on the 24th, a different technician came out and literally told me the same exact thing the previous technician had been telling me all week. He said nobody was home and that our best bet was to wait until Saturday to have a technician come during a time the neighbors will 'surely' be home. Weekend came and went and we had no calls and no updates from anybody. On the 27th I wasted more than an hour of my day, explaining to 3 different employees on the phone what my issue was. But before I could even get ahold of someone, I wasted a lot of time listening to the automated machine give me a bunch of options, and instead of transferring me to a real person, it just informed me there was already a technician scheduled to come the following day. It wasn't until I finally figured out the fastest and easiest way to get on the phone with someone was to press number 1 and pretend I'm trying to start a new service with them. But 3 different times the call was either transferred to the main menu or dropped. At the beginning of each call, they ALL asked if this number was the best to contact me in case the call got disconnected, guess how many call backs I received? Yup. None. So my thing is, what if the neighbors are in a month long vacation? Are we just going to be screwed out of having Internet since apparently that is the ONLY solution to get the fiber internet back in our home?? It is now the 29th. 11 days. AND they expect us to pay for this month and stay with them?? Time to start looking for another provider. read more

Rosi who I believe was a trainee on the floor (said trainee on her name tag) at the Rialto location helped me on Monday 9/23/24 after I got my phone stolen at a concert this past weekend. She was so helpful in helping me find a new phone and made sure to even help erase all my private information off of my old phone so no one could steal my info if they turned the phone back on. She even informed us of the upgrade option so if I wanted to get a new phone later on for whatever reason I'd be able to. She also helped retrieve my information from the cloud and put it on my new phone! She also gave us quick service and was so kind! She deserves a raise ASAP! If I have any problems with my phone I'll definitely be coming back for her assistance! read more

Went into the store to do warranty on the screen protector and was told they had just sold the last one mind you this is for a iPhone 14 pro max so I said ok. I was told to try a different store since they were all out. I sent my little sister in a couple of minutes later to buy a screen protector for her phone since we have the same phone and to our luck the store out of no where had some to sell. I just needed my screen protector replaced because it was cracked already and dirty. Will definitely not come to this location ever again. Will rather take the drive to San Bernardino where I have been going to for 10 years now. read more

I went to AT&T today to get my phone upgraded. That is when I met Roslyn she was very nice and upbeat. I told her upfront I am not a very tech savoy person. She was nice enough to go over all of the different options that I had in choosing my new phone . She was very knowledgeable and professional.I made my selection and she informed me of the different options that I could make to my AT&T account because I was on a older plan . I try to support all the new business that have opened in the city. I have been to this AT&T store two times now and both times feel that the customer service is awful. The 1st time there were 3 employees helping one customer while I waited for 10 minutes just to ask to buy a screen protector. The second time there was 2 employees helping a couple, and again I waited about 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. There has to be a better system it doesn't take the entire staff to help one customer or one couple while everyone else waits forever. read more

Finally made the move from Verizon to AT&T and went to this store to pick up my phone and get it activated. CC was awesome!!!! She was very friendly and got me activated very quickly... Could not believe how fast the process was and she explained everything to me! This AT&T location will sell you broken phones be careful! Super nice people when you go in there to purchase a phone but when you go back to tell them you have a defective phone they want to charge me $55 plus the tax which was over $100. I just got a iPhone 13 and only had it for a week! Phone kept cutting in and out when I'm on a phone call and they won't replace it for a new one! The manager there has a snotty face acting like she's all that when she should be looking friendly and welcoming! I'm only giving this place 3 because at least the employees there were some what understanding but the manager there should be replaced immediately!! The other day I went to At&t store with my grandfather.I was amazed by the performance they had.As soon as I walked in my grandfather and I were greeted by a young man named Erick.I didn't think of it much just a simple greeting,but then he approached us and asked if we needed anything at all and not only did he say this to us in English,but he said in Spanish and my grandfather only speaks Spanish so this really helped him a lot.He not only helped us get a good phone for my grandfather he helped my grandfather understand everything there is to know about the phone.Which is absolutely insane to me the knowledge this young man had to not only know the device,but to show him how to use it and let me tell you what.My grandfather has been so amazed by the whole animoji experience and i'm super glad that because of Erick I won't have to explain how to flip the camera during a face time. read more

We came in to check out the phones and our intentions were just to look but Roslyn had an amazing attitude with the greatest customer service. She is an amazing person and she has been the best representative ever. She explained everything throughly and yes we did go ahead and purchase 3 phones. How can we say no when she was just amazing! Horrible customer service. My husband and I went in to upgrade my phone and it they weren't helpful at all and didn't present all the options available. We were the only two in the store and 2 or 3 associates and the manager were all gathered at a table talking to each other, one comes to help and I tell her what we want, she looks over my acct and tells me I can't cause I only had my phone 2 months. Which is technically correct, but that's bc this phone is a replacement for the phone I had already a year. I tell her this, she then walks back over to her associates and they started whispering to each other and keeps glancing at me, then she comes back over and tells me unless I pay $700 I can't upgrade. So I leave and call att customer service and was told I was eligible to upgrade with a trade in. Why wasn't I given this option at the store? Seems like they were too lazy to have to go through the extra steps of trading my phone into them. Would definitely not recommend. read more
