    I have never been to this location so I came by to get my modem switched out. I walked into this location on a Saturday afternoon, prepared to sign in on the tablet and sit down. That was not necessary! I was called right up and helped immediately. I was in and out of there quickly. I switched my telephone modem for another one since it was three years old. Received a new modem and I was on my way out. Thanks guys!

    I contacted customer service due to my internet not being that great always going in and out set up a appointment was to be from 5-6 and they never showed up till 10 pm and left a note saying sorry was late when I was asleep. So called back next day made a new appointment tech came out and said right when I opened door I can't help you but I'll tell you what to do so I myself can fix the problem he went out side  and then 10 min later came in and said spectrums routers are garbage and I should spend my own money and up grade cause he couldn't even give me one if he wanted cause there's non in the wearhouse.  He then left with my internet no longer working I called again and complained and asked for a higher ups email so I could get some resolution a woman by the name of candace I'd number 4310938 said she couldn't give it out and I asked to speak to her boss they said no sorry. I'm confused on how this is customer service and accepted all I've been told is sorry with no remedy. Not to mention my oldest child is in online classes like everyone everyone else during these trying times and now she has to suffer cause a 18 year old service tech don't know what he's doing .

    What a rip off they lie cheat and steal do not sign up for auto pay they will scam every dollar from you outrageously overpriced service

    Worst cable I've ever had, Not all cable channels come in clearly, they have been out twice. Still not working properly! VERY SAD

I would happily give a four star rating...until today. Spectrum gets two stars because of the reliable service and Tamiqua, the rep that was helping me cancel my account. It was clear she was following a script, asking me all sort of demographic information that was not necessary for canceling an account. I eventually asked her to skip the script which she did. She informed me that I would have to pay for the entire billing cycle, which was three additional weeks. I asked her to cancel today and prorate the bill. She said she could not. Tamiqua was wonderful and I give her full credit however Spectrum continues to be a greedy corporation, not really interested in positive client relations.

The lack of listening and lack of providing decent customer service is extreme. Their procedures are inconsistent and vary from month-to-month. This applies to the branch only. I have had spectrum service for nearly a year and I have not been without Internet or phone. If you are in the round rock area and you are obtaining spectrum service, I highly suggest you only work online and have your equipment delivered, because visiting this branch is frustrating and literally a waste of time. I've visited this branch probably a half a dozen times and I have never had good service.

    I last viewed 275+ blocked/reported spam calls on my app-that I had to indivually cut & paste into…read morethe T-Mobile app...before the app just stopped working...no records, no ability to copy/paste numbers and no display of received calls! I called & was on the line for over 3 hours on 3/23 with Jen, who helped reset my password and was going to 'personally' update me within a week, on the status of resolving my issue. She advised that a third-party was responsible for maintaining the 'ScanShield' app; I advised that they terminate their contract! As of 4/2, NO update has been received from Jen or anyone at T Mobile. So.. I called Customer (dis)Service again today.. Hung up on by first person before I could even give my reason for calling, so I called back immediately & spoke to another young lady who kept asking repetitive, irrelevant questions, so after yelling at her to start listening to what I already said, I asked for a supervisor/ manager; she sent me to a so-called technician specialist that asked me the same irrelevant questions and would not stop using his technical "file locations & names" after I asked for explanations multiple times. (All individuals I spoke with spoke hurriedly and with an unmistakable oriental accent.) I then asked him where he was located, his answer: "overseas" That was the final straw- I told him he has 24 hours to get me a satisfactory answer/resolution to my issue with scam shield not functioning or I will be leaving T-Mobile after 30 years...and sharing my frustrating experience on every social media/blog available. I've paid T Mobile thousands of dollars for phone service for 30 years-360 consecutive months, numerous phone & service upgrades; the past two weeks of non-action, no results for an inoperable service that I pay for each month and lastly, the incompetence of T Moble representatives who are located 'overseas'....I've finally realized that its time to go to another carrier. The next AT&T , Verizon or Spectrum sales rep that harasses me inside a Walmart just might get a new pair of customers! This is not the Voicestream/T Mobile I could depend on for my daily cell service. They have morphed into a giant pile of .     I've been a customer with Consumer Cellular since 2021 and I really appreciate the value that's…read morebeen provided. It feels good to know that I'm not overpaying for anything in comparison to some of the other major carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) and receiving the same great service and range as the others. My only issue has been with calling in to get help with something technical related to my iPhone or Apple Watch. In 2023, Consumer Cellular began supporting Cellular Apple Watches and from the beginning it was clear they had not received a lot of training. I was going back and forth with several phone agents who were insistent in telling me that I could not use my cellular Apple Watch by itself. Meaning, if my phone battery died, or I left my phone at home, my watch would not work by itself. I was just as insistent in explaining to them that the whole point of a cellular watch is to be able to make/receive calls, texts, etc. when I was away from my phone. Otherwise, I'd have no need for setting up service to support my watch with Consumer Cellular. If it was solely a gps watch, it would operate without a cellular carrier. Here's where the Georgetown store, more specifically Carderios, came to my rescue. Carderios was able to trouble shoot and quickly get my watch up and running with ease. My watch had been operating on Consumer Cellular with no issues for the past year. And then I did the unthinkable.... 2 weeks ago I left to go to AT&T....but immediately returned to Consumer Cellular once I realized my error in judgment. Unfortunately, leaving meant my watch needed to be set up again. A whole year later and the phone agents are still needing more knowledge and training on watches. Not just agents, but supervisors have said that the watch could not operate on it's own. I'm so glad I remembered that I went into the Georgetown store to get help last year. I'm even happier that Cardarios was still there to help me again! It took a little longer this time though. However, he was extremely patient, calm and just as determined as I was in getting the issue fixed. We went through a few troubleshooting tasks like re-pairing the watch to the phone and removing the plan altogether and starting from scratch. He had to speak with several agents by phone to finally get the right person to help. They resent a signal on their end and the watch was finally working without the phone. Yay! Carderios provided outstanding support and service the entire time. He's a soft spoken guy that knows his stuff. He also didn't make me feel as if I was crazy or didn't know what I was talking about. He really listened to me which is very rare these days with customer service agents. And at no point did he talk badly about any of the folks that I had worked with prior to him. He was super humble and a pleasure to work with. I hope that Consumer Cellular can take care of the training that is needed for all of their agents company wide. I shouldn't have to go into a store to get the help I need. However, I'm so glad I met Carderios and experienced first hand what great customer service looks and sounds like on a consistent basis! He gave me the same great service year over year and that's an awesome testament to his character and experience!

Ive had Spectrum service since July and ive talked to 7-8 phone representatives who have lied to me to get their sales. Ive even been told by Spectrum instore representatives that the phone representatives lie to customers to get sales. I no longer call Spectrum and will wait to Speak to someone at the Spectrum location. I got the tv and internet service then was told I will get free mobile service for 2 years. LIE!!! A different representative told me it was 1 year and not 2! Couldnt transfer my mobile phone Spectrum so I called to ask about buying a phone. He said they didnt have cellphones instore and that they could only be purchased over the phone. LIE!!! After I bought the phone I went to Spectrum location and they told me they have phones there. I then got the home phone also and found out a week later the price of that phone service was not the original price that that sales person gave me. Ive had 3 price changes on home phone service since then. SHAME ON DISHONEST SPECTRUM PHONE SALES REPRESENTATIVES FOR LYING AND SHAME ON SPECTRUM FOR LETTING THIS HAPPEN!!!
