She asked for my phone number and as I was speaking the number she rudely interrupted and said YOUR PHONE NUMBER?? I said that's what I'm giving you, which she replies that I didn't have to speak that slowly. She shut down and when I tried to explain I was reading the number off of my phone and sometimes a bit dyslexic so I read slowly. She retreated to the back with her colleague and proceeded to say rude things regarding the incident as I overheard her saying she almost lost her job right there. I cancelled my order there and left. That young lady may have been having a bad day but her team should have stepped up to support me the customer. I felt sorry for the older couple that she helped before me. Won't be back there and switch services over the way I was treated.

I initially was scheduled to move into a new home, and was told to go ahead and set up all services/utilities; water/lights/gas/cable/internet. Needless to say, the agent was unaware that another person had rented the home already. So I had to cancel ALL of the services a week after starting them. Alexis cancelled my Spectrum account and contract with ZERO penalty and helped me return all the equipment with a smile on her face. I can't wait to return to work with her once I settle in at my new place, hopefully soon!!

The other store (Brentwood) called and had them hold the phone (only a three left) and we were told to ask for Larry when we arrived. When we entered, we were greeted by another associate and when we said, we were told to ask for Larry, he spoke up from helping another customer and told us to take a seat at a desk. When he finished with the other customer, he quickly came to our aid. We explained how we wanted to do an exchange within the 14 days allowed. He understood and actually agreed with our decision and choice of new phone. He processed the exchange in a professional manner and his witty banter made us at ease and even gave us a few laughs. Listening to other reps working with their customers, they all impressed me with their style of selling and assisting the customer. This store is off the beaten path, so the store traffic wasn't that heavy. The store itself was clean and well organized, making it easy to shop. If you're in West County and need a AT&T store, I'd recommend this one.
