    i am guessing Jazmine was off yesterday. my parents went in to do a phone change. we have two phones and just need to change phone numbers. my parents walked in at 7:20pm store closes at 8pm. (40minutes to close) they were turned away by a lady stating they didn't have time mind you its still 40 minutes to close. my mom said it shouldn't take to long at verizon all that needs to be changes is the sim card. Lady responded with " Lady you are not at verizon!" that is an extremely rude way to answer especially to a current client. Maybe a nicer response like "sorry, every store/company is different" i am in disbelief. Management needs to have a serious meeting with staff. we were just there the day before to purchase and everything was nice and smooth. so you are telling me only when money is coming in is when you are treated kindly. this needs to get addressed ASAP i am sure we are not the only ones who experienced this.

    My house almost burned down the "New" Modem smelt like burning rubber and is now not working I've been on the phone for 1 hour to get technical support out here all because the modem you guys gave me from this store was defective thank God my house didn't burn down

    Talk about great service!! Today I went in with quite a few issues but left with a better plan and at a great price. I was never happy with time warner and less with spectrum. I've never had the channels that I want and my internet was slow. I got to the store because my modem was just not working anymore. Daniel took a look at it and immediately thanked me for being such a loyal customer. That alone went along way. He heard me out about my issues with my plan and the crummy equipment, I was honestly ready to throw in the towel. Daniel went over some of the stuff that's important to me and helped me find something so much better. He got me REAL high speed internet for my kids, all the channels that I like to watch with new equipment and even hooked me up with a phone so my in-laws can use to call El Salvador. I'm happy. This is customer service at its finest. Thank you Daniel and Spectrum. Go Dodgers! Go Lakers!

    Simple easy and quick. I had aprox 8 ppl before and still was attended with 15 min of waking in.

    I have been a Verizon customer since it was Air Touch. I have been disappointed for some time now…read morewith declining customer service and as of today, I am ready to switch carriers. Attempts to get a human to help you on the rare occasion that you need some help is a thing of the past. I need not go over the time wasted on attempts, too much lost already! After all the effort to get a human to answer the simple question of how much Data was used by each line for the last 6 months, I was told they could only see the last 3 months! There is NO reason a person is not able to access their phone records for at least the last year...it appears that Verizon has done just that. Account history for over 3 months is just that...HISTORY! Because of this, Verizon is going to become HISTORY in my family! No more referrals from me either! Shame this is the way they take care of their long time customers!

    I know Verizon is superior amongst its competitors so I was confident that my cellphone problems…read morewould be resolved. I visited the San Fernando Verizon store and was greeted by Ronaldo. I discussed with him that my phone wasn't receiving incoming calls. He pleasantly pulled up my account and explained possible troubleshooting issues that could be causing this problem. He resolved issue and also assisted me with applying my military discount to my account. I am 100% satisfied and my phone is in perfect working order now! I would definitely recommend stopping in and asking for Ronaldo to assist you too! Thank you! This gentleman is definitely an asset to Verizon!
