I went there to try and look at what…read moreI can do in order to lower my bill and was presented with the only option of adding a "phantom mobile line" in order to lock in some promotional rates (keep in mind I only have TV and Internet with spectrum). Which I would then have to come back and cancel that line in 4 months in order to avoid any additional fees on the line itself. Seems like a very shady business practice for people that have been loyal to spectrum for years to jump through hoops. The representative whose name starts with a "D" and has already seen mentioned on multiple reviews was not empathetic at all and basically told me "if saving $600 a year wasn't important then she couldn't help me". After that she proceeded to tell me I can try to call customer service to see if they could offer anything. Aren't the people who work at this establishment supposed to help their customer, why even bother coming in if you're just going to try and sell me on something I don't need and not address what I'm asking? Overall left a really bad taste in my mouth and definitely looking at my options outside of spectrum specifically because of the horrible interaction with this staff member.

We stood there and nothing happened. They just sat on their phones. I said Ok, im good. I'll go somewhere else and the girl laughed. I asked if she was the manager she said no so I asked her name. She said her name was Des. I said okay and we left. My boys were excited to get the newest phones but there is no way Im giving my money and signing up with a company that has zero customer service. I'll stay with T-Mobile they increased my bill a little bit but at least when I go into the store their employees actually say Hi and ask if there is anything they can help with. Then we found John Aliso and Renee at Supernet 360. Set up the appointment for the install, they came out, installed the new system of which DID NOT REQUIRE A DISH mind you. Based on microwave technology.......... Three words best describe our experience so far........ NIGHT AND DAY!!! Night being the DARK SIDE of things with Frontier and Hugesnet Day being the BRIGHT SIDE of things Supernet 360 Our system went down recently because of a Supernet 360 system upgrade. A call to John was made the wee hours of early Sunday morning.... By 8 AM that morning John responded and explained their upgrading and by the early afternoon, it was back up and running! Now this must be said, WHAT BUSINESS do you know that will make any response to your inquiry on a SUNDAY MORNING, let alone on any weekend at all but especially on any Sunday for crying out loud, giggles!! This is a great business. My previous experiences with cable/tv/internet etc service providers had been dismal. Constant service disruption, speed spikes and crashes, price increases and shilling for extras and unnecessary services. Not the case with Giggle Fiber. The service works, they increased the price once (by $5) in 5 years, outages are brief and seldom and best of all they leave me alone. I do not track my speed for the service and cannot say if it is consistently what is advertised. The good thing is I don't need to because everything works. I can stream a movie and work on my laptop while my kids play video games and my wife watches something on her phone with a tablet on and everything will work like it's supposed to. If you live in Monrovia or surrounding neighborhoods with service available I would recommend it.

Chat bots and voice bots and charges. When our internet was out it took days to get a technician to come out. And when a family member tried to get service, they couldn't get it installed for weeks and then when they cancelled, they charged them fees. Once again incredibily hard to get someone on the phone to clear it up. Incredibly frustrating company to work with. Once you fight your way through the obnoxious script the customer service has to go through you can eventully get what you want. But it is brutal.

It wasn't until I called to cancel my service that suddenly I heard, "We have a great offer for you. We think we can help." Unfortunately, by that point, I had already switched providers. I switched to GigabitNow Fiber, which offered me a much better deal along with faster, high-speed internet. I encourage everyone to shop around and find what works best for you. A company shouldn't wait until you're ready to leave before suddenly offering to help, especially when you've already reached out multiple times.

Tortello knew right away that the 13 Pro doesn't repair like the older phones and needs a full TrueDepth module swap, and even pointed me to Apple's Self Service program in case I wanted to try it myself. That kind of honesty when they could have just taken my money told me everything I needed to know. Flat fee, genuine Apple part with a year warranty, and seal replacement as standard practice. Part came in early and they turned the repair around in a few hours. Face ID, Apple Watch unlock, and Portrait mode all work perfectly now and the service history shows a genuine TrueDepth camera. Friendly, easy going, and clearly knows this stuff at a level most shops don't. I priced this against a mail in place that quoted me way more and would have meant shipping my phone across the country. Glad I went local. Highly recommend.
