First time stepping into a Spectrum store. I made a reservation to make some adjustments to my current plan while returning some equipment that was no longer needed. Upon arrival I was asked to check in. I was pleased to mention that even though I had an appointment the wait was not very long. I spoke with a representative about my return and adjustments and the rep was very helpful. He was able to save me some money on a new plan that best suit the household's viewing needs. Although the rep was confused with some parts of the newly edited order we hashed everything out. Back in 2024 when I move to my apartment I joined spectrum services got a good deal 54$ monthly and I was receiving 490mbps didn't have a problem at the moment but in 2025 my bill change & went up 35$ dollars more an I get a lot outage till this year 2026 I still have the same issue and I almost pay 90$ monthly for whack internet service that's not possible many times I tried to talked to customer service and never help when the internet service was outage the don't give you no credit at all fo not having internet service for 5 hours because the are working in the area that's crazy huh ..! i am guessing Jazmine was off yesterday. my parents went in to do a phone change. we have two phones and just need to change phone numbers. my parents walked in at 7:20pm store closes at 8pm. (40minutes to close) they were turned away by a lady stating they didn't have time mind you its still 40 minutes to close. my mom said it shouldn't take to long at verizon all that needs to be changes is the sim card. Lady responded with " Lady you are not at verizon!" that is an extremely rude way to answer especially to a current client. Maybe a nicer response like "sorry, every store/company is different" i am in disbelief. Management needs to have a serious meeting with staff. we were just there the day before to purchase and everything was nice and smooth. so you are telling me only when money is coming in is when you are treated kindly. this needs to get addressed ASAP i am sure we are not the only ones who experienced this. read more

Having been a spectrum customer for over 25 years (previously Time Warner) - we expected some level of respect and general customer service to a loyal customer, but unfortunately that was not the case. There were several associates that require retraining on customer service - I was personally called names and made assumptions about from their employees. I had them call the supervisor who witnessed this whole ordeal and did not even apologize for his staff's treatment . Stay aware from the San Fernando store- unless you enjoy incompetence and unprofessionalism. In addition , we are taking our business elsewhere. Anyone have Frontier experience? Update: they are also passive aggressive and disconnected the service although I had 15 more days left on the contract. Dear Spectrum, I often wonder what does it feel like to waste $80 a month. Oh wait-I know!!!! Let's order spectrum. Spectrum will take your money and the quality of the internet will work-30% of the time. Oh, so then you call them or chat with their AI and things will work 80% of the time-for a week. So here's the best part: they will send you a really nice service person to look at the connection and they'll make an adjustment that works 100% of the time-for a couple of weeks. Then wash and repeat in infinitum. How much do I hate thee? Let me count the ways 1,2,3,4...keep counting until you can't find any relief. Then you'll know 25% of the aggravation you cause us. This place is a joke! I helped my mother get her spectrum app up and running on both of her tv's. When I spoke to customer service they advised me she can drop off the boxes at the nearest location. So I let me my mom know this and she will be able to save money on her cable bill. First of all the some lady that works at this location advised my mom if she drops off both boxes her cable to go up. So they made her take a box home. I tried to install it and for whatever reason couldn't I called customer service again and let them know what happen. They advised me that not true and she able to remove the boxes from her account. And also advised me that the people working at this location have had soooooooo many complaints and they are just trying to meet their quota. Talk about great service!! Today I went in with quite a few issues but left with a better plan and at a great price. I was never happy with time warner and less with spectrum. I've never had the channels that I want and my internet was slow. I got to the store because my modem was just not working anymore. Daniel took a look at it and immediately thanked me for being such a loyal customer. That alone went along way. He heard me out about my issues with my plan and the crummy equipment, I was honestly ready to throw in the towel. Daniel went over some of the stuff that's important to me and helped me find something so much better. He got me REAL high speed internet for my kids, all the channels that I like to watch with new equipment and even hooked me up with a phone so my in-laws can use to call El Salvador. I'm happy. For me it went smooth, yes I had to wait to be help as you need to put your name down and wait for an associate to call you and you can see your progress at the screen. I had an issue with my Samsung 12 not receiving my voice-mail. Also a British voice was on my greeting instead of my voice. When I would review my greeting, my voice would be heard. But when a person called the British voice was heard. I went into the San Fernando office to explain the issue. At first the employee questioned if my explanation was possible. After sometime I asked the employee to call my number and listen to the greeting voice. They heard a British voice. This was after they had clearly heard my voice when they were trouble shooting. They asked me to re-record my greeting. They told me that the problem had been solved. . A few days later I discovered that the issued still existed. I went back to the location to explain my phone issue again After continued failures I was told that the problem was my phone. That I needed to replace my Samsung 12. I paid my phone ($30.00) and bought a Samsung 14. The next day I realized that I still wasn't receiving my voice-mail. I went back to the location to explain again my problem. I was told they never heard of this ever happening. Once again I was told this must b e a phone device issue. I stated this was a phone purchased the day before. I was told there was nothing they could do. I asked for the number for an online technician. I called and explained again my issue. They also never heard of this problem ever occurring I had to call from a store phone so they could try and address the problem. They found that my explanation was true. They tried to figure out what was wrong. There was nothing in their manual for this issue. Finally, the technician asked me to punch in *73. This eliminated the British voice and allowed to receive voice-mail. To my dismay I never had a phone malfunction. I asked to speak with the store manager to complain about purchasing a new phone, when there was a technical issue. I felt that I should at least get a $30.00 credit for the mistake and inconvenience. The store manager said he would give me a $20.00 credit. I agreed to the credit. After 4 days of checking there appeared no credit on my bank statement. I called Spectrum and was told there was no credit. They said I needed to go back to the location and speak with the manager. When I came in I was told it was the managers day off. They took my name and information and assured me that I would receive my credit. Of course I haven't received a call or credit. I have spent more time and gas than this is worth. This is solely about the principle and honoring your word. I am very disappointed with the way I have been treated by Spectrum. I gave them an opportunity to make me whole, but I remain broken. Shame on you Spectrum. read more

Upgraded my modem & router one month ago. The router that they provided me would constantly lose connection. I had their technician come to my house for service. The problems continued until I went to Walmart and bought my own router. My family and I used up our wireless data, lost time from work and experienced stress due to this defective router. Everyone at Spectrum (customer service and technicians) told me to replace their router. Why provide customers with a faulty router? I asked for one month to be refunded and they are giving me the run-around. Horrible service. Update: I tweeted my experience and corporate has agreed to refund me one month of service.
