We chose Netflix and found an episode of a show that closely fit into our session time. 5/5 It was definitely hotter than a Texas day in July and sweated more in their sauna than I do running on a treadmill for an hour. 5/5 I can see the therapeutic benefit of the sauna and infrared therapy because we felt pretty awesome afterwards. The only negative is they had no shower to wash off the sweat but they did have plenty of towels dry it off and it included a eucalyptus cold towel that felt refreshing. Tip: Make sure to dress light swimsuit or workout clothes, bring some body wipes , a change of clothes- and plan to hit up a shower or pool before you go out afterwards.

I have gone to other Ivy therapy places such as hydration room, and I have to say that hydration room has lots of locations, they are much more expensive, and Restore has more interesting blends.
