The office itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Every time I walked in, I felt comfortable and taken care of. The staff is incredibly kind and supportive, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. It's worth noting that he is a busy surgeon, so you do need to be patient with scheduling -- but in my opinion, that speaks to how in-demand and trusted he is. One thing that really stood out to me was the environment of the office. It has a strong faith-based presence, and while I'm not personally religious, I found it surprisingly comforting. I was told that during the building process, he would come in and write scripture within the structure of the office, which I thought was such a meaningful and intentional touch. On the day of surgery, I was understandably nervous, but the entire team made me feel at ease. The anesthesiologist was absolutely hilarious and helped lighten the mood right away. Right before surgery, the doctor asked if I would like him to pray with me. Even though I'm not religious, I said yes -- and it ended up being a really grounding, calming moment that I genuinely appreciated. Now, about 14 weeks post-op, I can honestly say I am so happy with my results. I feel confident, comfortable, and like I got exactly what I asked for. I'm still working on scar management, but overall, I love how everything looks. And coming from Las Vegas, I paid a fraction of what I would have locally, which made the experience even better. If you're considering working with him, especially as an out-of-state patient, I highly recommend it. I felt supported, safe, and truly cared for every step of the way.

We were greeted immediately by the front desk receptionist and filled out some paperwork after we arrived. They were extremely informative and thorough about the entire procedure and gave great instructions for aftercare. Dr. Zikria sat with us and chatted for about 15 minutes, easing any kind of doubts that we had about the procedure. The entire session took about 30 minutes and it took about 3 or 4 days of healing before things looked back to normal. Now my partner's skin is glowing and she's loving it. I struggled with acne from my teenage years into my mid-20s, which really bothered me. Once my acne finally calmed down, I decided to visit the medspa to work on my acne scars and skin texture. This was my first laser treatment, so I was honestly pretty nervous. Lyndsey was my nurse, and she was amazing. She's very knowledgeable and explained everything about the procedure and how it works, which helped me feel a lot more comfortable. The facility was very clean and professional, too. I had Nordlys resurfacing and IPL done. I won't lie, it was a little painful, but totally worth it. Lyndsey made it much easier by checking in on me, giving me ice packs, and adjusting the settings during the treatment based on how I was feeling. Now that I've had time to see the results, I'm really happy with the improvement in my skin. I'm definitely going back (actually planning to schedule my next treatment right after this) and highly recommend Lyndsey. She never pushes unnecessary treatments and really takes time to talk through your skin concerns and choose the right options for you.

On top of the awful filler job, the "nurse" put numbing cream and left me for 50 mins so it wore off by the time she injected. It was beyond painful. Also never had a filler experience so painful. They also quoted me $450-550 on the phone and when I came in she said $750. I hate when clinics just straight up lie about pricing. They were all very unprofessional and kind of rude too.
