An hour before leaving work, something in my right armpit and top right shoulder pulled me in pain as I was reaching to help a patient at my work. Then my right forearm started to feel numb! My right shoulder was already healing from 2 partial tears and bursitis so this pain was frustrating! So I came here, last night, for the red light therapy and the infrared sauna. I don't know if it's normal to get results this quickly (or late?), but after just one session, I feel better. I didn't really feel different during or right after the session, but I saw results this morning. I usually get chunkier after drinking all night and get hangovers, but this time felt different. Even though I ate a bunch of del taco, right before passing out on my couch, I woke up feeling skinner, a little more energetic than usual, and with no upset stomach nor any headaches. Awesome facility. Was made aware of red light therapy through a friend and gave this place a try. I've had a lol of muscle soreness and pain in my neck and shoulders so I was curious to see if this would help. I was blown away by the positive effects. almost immediately I felt a huge reduction in soreness and pain and had better range of motion with my neck about 30 minutes after a 20 minute session under the red light.
