West Hills Towing proudly carried on the towing industry tradition of having the warmth and hospitality of a parking ticket. What made it extra impressive was this was through AAA, where you usually expect at least a little professionalism. Enter Nancy, self-appointed Supreme Court Justice of Towing Operations. Before my vehicle could apparently earn the right to be transported, I was informed with a spectacular attitude that because I didn't have my registration physically inside the vehicle, my tow was being cancelled. No problem though. I called AAA back, they sent another tow company, and amazingly, the vehicle was towed with zero drama, zero attitude, and zero need for a hostage negotiation. Being stuck needing a tow is already stressful enough. The last thing anyone needs is someone treating them like they're trying to smuggle state secrets instead of move a broken vehicle.
