Update from 2018 - Still have my PO box there and still absolutely love this place and the service.

I opened my mail box at Speedco at least 5 years ago and it is the best. Tigran oversees a great operation. They are open 6 days a week and there is 24 hour access. I'm out of town about 6 months of the year and he takes great care of my mail and forwarding. They always notifiy me when a package has been delivered and is available for pick up. I never worry about my mail... it's in very reliable hands. Tigran has a copy machine, a fax machine and a shipping service in addition to shipping supplies for purchase. Usually a quiet place. Today the owner Tigran was extremely uncooperative. I walked into the office and he was not wearing a mask. This is typical. Usually I just stand at the door and he'll put on his mask while I wait. Today he didn't and because of that, I decided not to walk into the office. He came to the door to give me my package. I mentioned I would not come in if he had no mask in. This is where his attitude flared and he said, "then don't ever come in". I was shocked that an owner while be this way to a customer but ok. So I asked him if he was the owner. He said yes. I asked for his name and he refused. After a minute of back and fourth, he started raising his voice to me. This is where I pulled out the camera, as I post on social. After this, he gave me his name. Tigray, whether you believe in masks or not, your clients do and the city mandates it. Was on a very tight time schedule with some paper work, so I stopped by this fax service place. Not only was Tiko a very pleasant individual his customer service was superb. I have had a box here for more than two years. Tigran is always pleasant to visit with, and helpful when I need something (keys copied, boxes purchased, etc). You get 24/7 access to your box via the lockbox, Tigran keeps your large boxes stored securely until you arrive to retrieve them, and I have never, ever had a problem with receiving a package. I get an email right away, even if the package was little and fit into my box. I really like having a local partner for my business, rather than one of the big companies. Thank you Tigran! read more

When I needed to receive documents at my old mailbox here, the owner allowed me to receive them without charging me anything even though I hadn't rented the Box in about three months! To me that is going beyond the Call of Duty and I really appreciated it. Five stars! read more

I recently moved to the area and went in for shipping services. After wasting money in the parking meter I found out they don't offer shipping services for UPS, FedEx or DHL as their signage indicates. They're basically a mailbox center. The fellow I had the miss fortune to come in contact with was quite rude. read more

I've had my PO box here for more than 3 years now. I was looking for a central place for my mail and packages since I was moving around a lot and living in apartments, I always just felt insecure about lost mail and stuff. There are a lot of places that offer this service around town but let me tell you, Speedco is the best. Seriously. Tigran has helped me out tremendously throughout the years, everything from storing and caring for my mail to helping me carry out ungodly heavy packages to my car. He's fulfilled random shipments for me that often have very specific instructions and helped me out with small printing requests when I've been in a bind. The level of service you get here is seriously top notch and I doubt you would get it at most places that offer this kind of service. Speedco is great because I have access to my PO box 24/7, it's on a brightly lit street and I never have to worry about parking or my safety. They were a big help getting my mail forwarded to the new location and still get in touch if important stuff ends up over there. Since new ownership took place in March, this place has shined as a one-stop shop for your shipping, mailbox and business service needs. The new owner has created an inviting atmosphere and organized business. His attention to detail gives you peace of mind that your services will get done promptly and for a very affordable price. I came to use their fax service, which was OK. I explained to the employee that I was going to be receiving an important reply to my fax the next day, and asked if they could please call me when it arrived. "No problem." He even told me the name of the employee who would be working. The next day is Friday and they're closed! I think this extremely important information to share with me after I explained my situation. It was probably just a brain fart by the employee, but it created a big problem for me with my work. For that, I won't be coming back. read more

A great place to rent out a Mailbox for whatever reason you need it for. The owner is very helpful and he always notifies me when a package has arrived at my mailbox which is very helpful. You can even buy stamps there. If you need an extra mailbox this is the place. read more

It was really nice to be helped so thoroughly. Had to ship a Park Tool PRS 15, cycleops and a grip of books. Somehow, we were able to put all of it into one guitar box and now it is on its way to my house. How my homeboy was able to hook it up 1/12/13 was just amazing.
