Any company can have a good sales team but what really keeps a customer coming back and loyal to the business is their customer service team. The whole team at Nissan of West Warwick treat me like I have an Aston Martin. Their customer service is exceptional. My sales person (Lee) comes up and greets me every time I come I for an oil change. The men and women in the service department are knowledgeable and informative. I'm so glad I did business here. I highly recommend it. I don't want to bash another company but (BOCH Toyota of North Attleboro) has the worst service department. After you purchase a car and they get your money they really don't care about you after that. And they charge for everything, even just a checkup. I went in the following weekend after I bought a car from them because the breaks were making a loud scraping noise and they wanted to charge me. I've only had the car for a WEEK, it was like pulling teeth trying to get help there. read more

I have had my Nissan Rogue serviced by Speedcraft for years without any issues. But this last experience was awful. I had a lot of maintenance done last month. Just discovered my sunroof leaked so I scheduled an appt. In addition to repairing the leak they recommended 3 other maintenance items. One was Servicing the coolant. This needs to be done every 30K to 100K. Speedcraft performed this service in Jan 2026 - only 6 months and 3,700 miles ago. Does not need to be done. The other two items are not on the factory list of services and since car is running fine, not needed (Fuel induction service & PCV valve service). Total addl up charges: $500. Never going back to Speedcraft. read more

Never again will I purchase a car out of state. (Let me first say that my salesman Adam was very kind and easy to work up a deal with) Here's the negative side. The waiting game is just ridiculous. Had a scheduled 4pm appointment with the finance manager, Jaymie Cellucci. After an hour and a half drive from CT, Jaymie was busy with another customer. No consideration for me and my scheduled appointment time. After an hour and change wait my salesman Adam brings me to Jaymie's office. He wasn't busy at all. A female salesperson was in there chatting with him. So now I'm sitting in there with him. Absolutely, nothing was prepared on his end. My time is extremely valuable. I guess he didn't care. Just like every other dealership. Make the customer wait. Once all the papers were signed and I gave them a check he brought me out to the half moon desk on the sales floor. Still kept me waiting. I then find out the I'm getting temp. plates for my new vehicle. Wonderful. Even after I was told I would be able to keep my Veteran vanity plates from my trade-in. I was told that because I purchased out of state I would need the temp. plates until they go(send a runner) to DMV to register my new vehicle. I then asked when will I receive my new registration in the mail so I can put my old plates back on. They told me about a week. That was a lie. I didn't receive my registration til exactly one month later. This is after my constant phone calls and leaving voicemail after voicemail. Everyone passed the buck. I honestly thought someone would have took the blame. Can't always blame your "runner" calling out sick as an excuse for not being able to pick up the registration from DMV. Absolutely sickening. Like I said, I did end up receiving my registration in an EMAIL from Jaymie, the finance guy. When we spoke on the phone he apologized over and over again saying how sorry he was that it took so long. I asked him to please send me the ORIGINAL registration overnight. Well here we are over a week later and still have not received anything. He even promised to take care of me with free oil changes. I doubt I'll use those as I live an hour and a half away. I don't believe one word anyone says at this dealership. Never once did I give anyone an attitude. I didn't deserve this type of treatment. Not ok. read more

My husband and I collect Nissan Z And he wanted the new Nismo edition in a certain color and we found it some of the dealerships were charging $10-50 Thousand over MSRP. Not Speedcraft they were selling for MSRP. I had just gotten the new Z a few months ago we live in AZ that car came from NY it was a horrible experience so I wasn't sure what to expect well we called and spoke to Lee B. What a great guy. This was the easiest we have ever bought a car. Lee was great he sent me pictures of the car kept in touch and Jamie the finance guy was also fabulous. I came in to get a replacement key for my 04 Acura. Customer service was nice, but incompetent. They were only able to give me blanks and directed me to another dealer 30 minutes away to get the keys cut. However, they didn't explain that even with the keys cut that they wouldn't work if they didn't program them. Why would I buy a key that won't work for my car? They unfortunately don't have the machinery anymore to program my key to my car. I would not have spent $100 at this place if I had known they couldn't program the key to my car. Now I have to pay $200 for a locksmith to come to my house to make and reprogram a key for me. When I asked for a refund due to their negligence and lack of professionalism, they said it was against policy. Does that mean it's in policy to lie to customers about being able to make a copy of a key for them just to get them to pay? Then after paying they come back and admit the couldn't cut it and then no manager is to be found to explain to the employee that the keys won't work without being programmed. Absolute incompetence. Do not shop here, go to Grieco Acura in Seekonk instead. read more

I will NEVER deal with these people again. Dont ever buy a used car from them. I bought a car with low miles on it last May. In November, my mechanic showed me the tires during an oil change and the treads were half gone after 6 months. This was something they replaced before rolling it back on the lot to be resold. Fast forward to yesterday, and I can't even make it home. I lose the throttle on the car and limp to my mechanic's shop for him to work on it. It needs $1300 worth of work. No tune up done when Speedcrap inspected it in May. The throttle body is gone. It also is getting new spark plugs, wires and a few other things. I should have bought new with the money that I have dumped into this car. Oh, and I forgot about my trip into service to complain about the tires before Thanksgiving, only to be ignored for the 10 minutes that I stood there. Not one person said a word to me. It's a shame that I have to give them any stars. read more

I tried to simply exchange the part but apparently thats not an option because it is a "Special Order" part which was only disclosed to me after I attempted to return it. i purchase a car from speedcrafts dealer and was assisted by bob flaminio now and after i paid off the loan that i was forced to take to help them get more inventory from nissan as they said but now after i paid the unwanted loan at a super high interest am still awaiting my gap insurance to be refunded, it's been almost 2 months since i paid off the loan and contacted bob but with no success, this is unfair situation, i called several times and apparently bob is avoiding me unless i call trough the main line then he has no way of knowing who's calling, but he's not doing anything to resolve this, this is unprofessional and dishonest, avoid doing business with this company as there just in it for them self's they care less about a customer. read more

I had totaled my Chevy in an accident and Speedcraft Nissan was the first and only place I went to looking for a new car. They were able to help me get into a 2015 Nissan Rogue with no money down and not a huge car payment, all within a reasonable time frame and me being overseas for a week through the process. The service department is also really nice and when I went in for an oil change, it was really quick, especially being a last minute appointment. While I didn't end up buying my new Rogue here, I really wish I could have and I would totally recommend them! I spoke to Lee in person and on the phone several times as well as to his manager Mike. It is easy for a dealer to be nice when you buy a car, but in my opinion the real proof of their integrity is how they react when you don't buy a car. I needed a car in a short time frame and due to circumstances out of their control they did not have exactly what I wanted so due to necessity I had to buy elsewhere. However, when I told Lee, he was not snotty or sarcastic as I ran into at another dealer. He genuinely asked if they lost the sale because of something they did wrong and when I explained the situation he totally understood and was gracious about it. I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership since 2007. In 2016 I leased a Rogue and received a phone call from Eric Lundarelli at 401-304-3419 about three weeks ago. He asked what my plans were when my lease ended in a few more weeks. I asked about purchase options and acquisition fees. He informed me that if I call Nissan USA they will tell me to "go to them" as if there are no other options. He further informed me that the acquisition fee is $1,375! When I asked if this fee was negotiable he said; "no, we're actually very low for the area with this fee." I further pressed that this is a great deal of money for simply filing paperwork. He then informed me that; "we don't make any money on it!" Honestly, this was insulting to me! Having family in the auto business for three generations I am all too aware of the money dealers make on financing cars! Moreover, again, this was my third purchase from this dealership and have spent thousands in maintenance fees to the service department. Mr. Lundarelli made me feel as if the more then ten years of business I had done with this dealership was of zero value! I cold called another local Nissan dealer and asked about financing my expired lease vehicle and pretended I knew nothing. The acquisition fee for this dealership is $595!!! Less then half what Mr. Lundarelli told me Speedcraft would charge me. Bottom line; this dealership has lost a repeat customer who thinks highly of the product they sell. I won't go back for so much as an oil change now. My advice is avoid Speedcraft and all three of their dealerships at all costs! read more

Let me start this review by saying I did not buy a car or shop for a car with this dealership. I live in Tennessee and I bought a Nissan compressor from this website https://www.factorynissanpartsonline.com/ October 1. I found out through the Better Business Bureau after filling two complaints that Speedcraft Nissan is the seller. My experience with this facility has been a nightmare. I ordered a compressor without a clutch and turns out I needed a compressor with a clutch. My mechanic in Tennessee was surprised they even sold me the compressor without a clutch. He had the car torn down ready to install the one I purchased online when he discovered the problem so I had to make a quick decision and get the right part local and get my car running. I asked for a refund for the $337 part that was never even taken out of the box via email and was denied with a link to their return policy in the email. They later told Better Business Bureau that they denied to refund because it was special order. Really? They certainly never told me that nor was it anywhere on the website that this could be verified. Maybe all your parts are special order since in reality you are a Nissan car dealership. After that denial via email I made numerous attempts to contact via phone calling the number given on the website and left numerous voicemails asking to speak to a manager or customer service rep. I continued trying to reach management via emails to discuss my concerns. My emails and phone calls were ignored. After 2 weeks I mailed the part back for $25 more shipping charge making sure to send everything that was sent to me including the invoice in hopes that they would refund my $337 per there refund policies. I was diligent in the care of the return for I was anticipating the unprofessional nature and shadiness already expressed by them. They were silent until the day they received the package. That day they emailed me pictures of the box and this time they sighted damaged box missing labels and a plastic bag inside as packing material and trash inside the box as a denial of a refund. And sent me 3 photos and that they would be returning back without a refund. Said it was not resalable. What a crock! The "bag and trash" was what they used to pack the part because I opened it when it arrived in Tn and that's what was inside! I have dealerships local I would have bought from had I known who they really are. The parts website is misleading.This is the first time in my life I have ever had to fight so hard just to get a refund on the wrong part. This company is dishonest and will take your money with no regard of circumstance. They are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau, They care nothing about customer service satisfaction after the fact and will take a lot of time and energy trying to prove you the customer wrong at any cost. Beware! Maybe there is a reason it took me 19 days to find out who you really are. Maybe you could tell me why your part store link is not on you Nissan dealership website And maybe there is a reason you keep changing your business name. Drove around for 3 months without registration and ins card because they misplaced/lost paperwork! When I contacted the general manger Jim to request assistance he knew nothing of the situation and didn't offer to rectify the experience. When I requested a complimentary detail and 2 oil changes he told me he couldn't do that for me. Gave me $100 toward service. After purchasing a 40,000 vehicle from him he couldn't give me what I asked? Extremely poor customer service skills for a general manager of an establishment like this!!! I purchased a vehicle from Bob Flaminio towards the end of December 2017.. needless to say he was wonderful to deal with and prompt throughout the entire process. He had a paint chip fixed prior to my purchasing of the vehicle. Unfortunately, the same spot starting chipping again a month later. When I contacted Bob he advised I reach out to his manager Mike Wisness to get the issue resolved. Mike not only fixed the paint chip, he even put me in a rental car for the duration of the repair. If you're looking for a car dealership that goes above and beyond for its customers and doesn't see everyone as a dollar sign like other many other dealerships, you need to visit Speedcraft Nissan. I am not a fan of reviews for various reasons, however, I felt the need to share my experience. Traveled from out of state to purchase a certified Z and this was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Paperwork was not prepared and took twice as long as i was told, took 2 months to receive my registration so the vehicle sat in my garage after I was given a 3 week temporary registration that expired instead of the typical 90 temporary registration until the appropriate paperwork was received, had the vehicle inspected and at least 1 of the tires needs replaced and the other 3 tires all have roughly 500 miles until they too need replaced, replacing the tires will cost $1600. In sum, the tires were assumed to be in good condition as vehicle only has 11k miles but clearly they weren't checked which means the vehicle does not meet Nissan's "Certified" status. Called the dealership and yep, they won't do anything so I am stuck with an extra bill. Don't bother calling management as they will not return your phone calls. In sum, Nissan dealerships are everywhere so do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. I couldn't possibly suggest this dealership to anyone given my experience. Just miserable and to this day I have yet to receive a follow up phone call to make sure I received the registration that took 2 months to receive. read more

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! There are plenty of dealerships in the area that will not screw you over. Management is unorganized, rude, and not forthcoming. I came in to look at a Nissan Maxima and dealt with Mike Remy. Mike was very helpful in finding us a good car and we felt comfortable dealing with him. When we decided to purchase the car, Mike showed us a worse case scenario of what the car would cost monthly. Once the loan was approved, I came back to finalize the paperwork with two managers (I cannot remember their names but I believe one was named Marc.) The price they showed me was 50 dollars a month higher than the worst case scenario that I was presented with the previous day. I had to ask repeatedly for a breakdown of the pricing. Eventually, after many lengthy back and forth discussions, I found out that they had shortened the loan term length, AND tried to sneak in an extended warranty costing $1400. They were NOT upfront about this warranty.They even said they were not sure if the extended warranty could be taken out of the contract. After an hour and a half of waiting, the price came down 40 dollars a month, but was still 9 dollars more monthly than what was quoted on their own website finance calculator. On the East Coast for business and wanted to schedule a quick inspection and oil change. Made an appointment online which went smoothly. I had an early appointment (right when they opened so I wouldn't have any delays) so when I arrived it was a little quiet but after finding a technician they told me to just pull my car up. Facility was nice and clean, I was offered a doughnut and some coffee while I waited, and staff was friendly and professional. Checked my car over after (I have no problem doing this maintenance myself if I were home) and everything looked new and replaced. Great experience. read more

We had the worst car buying experience ever at Nissan West Warwick. We went in to purchase a car. We had a TrueCar quote in hand. We told them exactly what we wanted and they came back with a price significantly over the quote we had. They were not willing to negotiate at all. He told us there is only one in a 250 mile radius that meets all of my specifications. The salesmen kept showing us an invoice and circling what he has to pay for the car then hand writing the same number on the invoice. We went in on the last day of the month so we know they are trying to make their numbers. He tells us, he has to sell 60 cars a month to get a $400 per car kick back from Nissan. If he was chasing that number he would have made a deal. Then tells me he has only sold 36 cars so selling me one isn't gonna help him out. Even when we said we were willing to wait the 12 week order time to get the car we wanted he would not budge. Now the Sales manager did come over to discuss things with us but when the conversation got heated, he walked away. Please note that we remained calm and civil throughout the entire ordeal. We said fine and would take our business to another dealer. His response was priceless. He said go ahead I know everyone at the other dealer. Points up the street and says go to Nissan X and ask for ... I'll tell him your coming or pointing in the other direction Nissan Y and ask for ... he's a good friend of mine. The entire experience was mind boggling, it was like we were in some bad movie about car salesmen. BTW: We did go to another dealership in Brockton MA and with in 20 minutes got the car we wanted at the TrueCar price. No hassles. Nothing but professionalism. Again, there was only one in a 250 mile radius so we ended up with the exact same car that Nissan West Warwick was trying to sell us. read more

I was treated like dirt on first occasion, when sales manager or whoever he was took my keys to test drive and appraise my car he Never even acknowledged me or introduced himself. I was insulted by offer on car and remark by salesman. But I did go back this week when another used car popped up. Had a better salesman exp or so I thought. after 2 hours they couldn't wait to try and get me to buy. I told them I was looking at another car also and would get back. I did that 2 days later and then called to say I was coming by at 4 and lets make the deal happen. At 3:00 he calls me and said car is sold!! I had worst experience of customer service on many levels a couple of facts are the day I picked my car up it was under a leaking roof and half of my car wet and then handed the keys and wished good luck without any explanation of features etc.. I am still learning what my car actually does. Then when I called to expressed my disappointment with the sales person and experience I was told he was no longer with the company only to find out when I returned to get my license put on my car that the very same sales person was the one taking care of me. I received a follow up call from a corporate employee who after hearing my story promised to address it and follow up with me on how Nissan could compensate for my experience but after a year I am still waiting lol. I had an amazing experience at Speedcraft Nissan. I went because I was recovering from a car accident and needed a new car. Ed Borowski was amazing! He made the whole process seem easy and unstressful, never what I had experienced in the past. I got a great deal on the car! He did everything you could possibly do and more. When the car came in, he explained every feature in detail and even set many of my interior features for me. I didn't have to do a thing ! I would also like to mention the finance department. The lady who helped me was extremely kind , explored all options well, but also wasn't pushy or trying to force me into buying extremely expensive add ons. I would highly recommend this car dealership to anyone and Ed Borowski is truly a gem in this field. Not very often you get someone who makes you feel calm and comfortable throughout the entire car buying process (which is usually so stressful). He made it a pleasure and exciting.
