I had yet another problem yesterday and went over to Warwick BMW to drop off the car. I decided to take the loaner they gave me and drive over to Lexus in the same park. I realized that my favorite tech from BMW now worked at Lexus when I arrived and he told me to talk to Kyle. I told Kyle that I was interested in a GX 470, but needed to see how much the BMW fix would cost before I committed. Fast forward a couple of hours....the BMW fix was going to be more than $2K and Kyle had taken $8K off the price of the Lexus. Done deal!! Great employees and specifically service folks. When I received a call that the car had arrived and was ready for delivery, I made plans to complete the purchase and turn in my current lease. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the dealership, I discovered that the vehicle was not what I had ordered. Several of the features that were important to me and part of my purchase decision were missing. Afterward, I received conflicting explanations about what had happened, making an already frustrating situation even more disappointing. I understand that mistakes can happen. What matters is how they are handled. Rather than receiving a clear explanation and a satisfactory resolution, I felt that my concerns were minimized despite the significant inconvenience, wasted time, and disruption this caused. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for the vehicle that was originally ordered. After more than five weeks of waiting, being told the car was ready, and then learning it was not the correct vehicle, I am now facing additional delays while continuing to wait for the vehicle I agreed to purchase. I do want to acknowledge that the sales representative was professional, apologetic, and genuinely tried to help. My frustration is not with him personally, but with the overall handling of the situation and the lack of accountability from management. I chose Lexus because of its reputation for quality and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with Lexus of Warwick has not reflected the level of professionalism, communication, and customer care I expected from the Lexus brand.

I am often referred as "one of America's funnest customers", a reputation I work very hard to keep. I met my match at Bald Hill Kia. We were greeted by what would turn out to be "one of America's best sales people", Erika. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product, and was not pushy at all. She let us take our time, and compare models, and all the while explaining the pros and cons of each vehicle. After our test drive, I mulled over the decision for a few days. Upon my return Erika could not have been more helpful. A cheerful, honest sales person, that is also very helpful. This was a great experience, I do not have a single negative thing to say. Just a great car buying experience. They were even fair on my trade, which is where "they" usually try to get ya. Thanks again!!

    Sold me a car at 33,000 miles, not telling me or not doing service that was required at 30,000…read moremiles. I bought a certified Kia Soul that died on me in the middle of the road, and when I had it towed to the place to be fixed, not only did they give me incredibly awful attitude at the service center, but they estimated thousands of dollars in damage because it was such past service. How was I supposed to know it was past service if I was never told, or it wasn't done before I bought it? I took it to a different dealership Where they were able to fix everything for $1400 just to clean up the mistakes of this dealership. So my car cost me an extra $1400 when I only bought it six months ago because because of Bald Hill Kia's mistake, and they refused to take accountability for it, saying that if I wanted the service done, I needed to ask explicitly when I bought the car.
