There is a reason Audi Warwick has 5 stars. I bought a used Audi A5 from an online car dealer. The car is amazing but had a few problems. I have never been to a service department that was this easy going, friendly and competent. I have been shamed at other dealers for buying cars at other shops and going to them for service. I like to find pristine used cars that other have taken the depreciation on. Ronald M. the service advisor made me feel right at home. My car has brand new tires that are a crap name, the kind that are notoriously hard to balance. He warned me to change the tires but money is tight after buying this car. The car would shake horribly at 78-80mph. He told me that it was most likely the tire balance but I had them do an alignment too. The 7 day trial is almost up and I want o be sure. It was the tire balance and I should have listened to him. The alignment results showed that it was fine. I took the car onto the road and found it rides like it just came out of the factory. I'm going to keep these tires for a while and have them install the Audi OE tires he recommended. I am not leaving this shop. I love the way they treat their customers. read more

Sales experience fine service not the best experience. Called today to inform them that I am smelling gasoline when the car is parked in the garage. I was offered the next available appointment in ONE month or I could drop the car off for a few days. Second option sounded reasonable but they could not provide loaner. The car is a 2012 Q5. I drove 90 miles to see a car at Audi Warwick. It was a complete waste of time. Audi Warwick advertised the vehicle as having keyless entry. It did not. That was a deal breaker for me. I would not have driven 90 miles to see a car that lacked that feature. Far more egregious is the fact the car was not available to test drive upon my arrival. I went back and forth with the dealership via text for several minutes before I left, as I was hesitant to make such a long trip if the car was not available. They assured me that it was. I decided to make the trip. One of two things must be true: Either (a) a customer had already made an appointment to see the car at the same time I was traveling down to Rhode Island - in which case I should have been told to avoid the trip - I would have gladly come down on a different day to see the car assuming it was not sold, or (b) someone walked into the showroom out of the blue at the same time I was driving down, at which point that prospective customer should have been told that another customer (me) was coming from a long distance to see the car and suggest that the prospective customer come back another time (or even later in the day). Guess what? The customer ahead of me bought the car. Round trip I wasted 150 miles. If you live more than 30 minutes away, it's not worth the trip. The car you are looking for may not be there. Looking for an Audi? Stay local. I am always on the hunt for my next car. I'll replace my wife's A6 this year when the CPO warranty runs out. I won't be making another trip to Audi Warwick. read more

I called to set up time to test drive and look at a car. I asked to send a deposit to hold the car and I'll come down and look at it. They said only if I can buy the car by the end of the month, I called 5 days before the end of the month. I'm looking to buy the right car, they are looking for their next sale. It was so obvious, rude as hell on the phone when I was trying to get info on the car. What's worst on top the car wasn't ready to be looked at it was going through the service department and will not be ready to look at until Saturday. Why was the car up for sale before hand? It's a rare occasion that I write a review but in this case I think it important to share my experience. I certainly wouldn't wish what I am experiencing on anyone. I purchased a 2019 Audi Q8 from Penske of Warwick on 12/15/23. It had around 60k miles when I bought it, so manufacturers warranty was expired. I was comfortable in buying it used bc all of the service done by the previous owner had been done at that dealership so I had all the records. Come June of '24 I took the car into Audi for a recall on the alternator. When I picked it up I noticed the engine was making a knocking noise sporadically. I brought the car into Audi in September of '24 to have the noise checked. It took a couple days to diagnose but was told that the entire engine needed replacing due to a defect the manufacturer was aware of. The total cost would be $22,568 to fix. Audi corporate offered to cover 30%. The car itself is now only worth about the cost of the repair. The most help the dealership could offer was some advice, to take the car and sell it. I can't sell it because now the noise is persistent and I could never do that to another person. To make things worse, the actually called Warwick PD on me stating that i had stolen the loaner they had given me while dealing with the situation. End of the day, I bought a lemon from this dealership and they have done nothing to resolve the situation and senior management has been nothing but degrading and insulting. read more

I've been a Nissan/Infiniti owner my entire life (Maxima, G35x, G37x), so when I was thinking about replacing my G37x I naturally looked at Infiniti but also decided to explore other options. The Q5 was of interest to me as I'm a tech guy and the digital dashboard and Apple CarPlay were right up my alley (Infiniti didn't offer either of them). I was assigned to Chris Jones and he was fantastic from start to finish. I never felt pressured and after driving a 2018 Q5 I knew it was the car I wanted. I asked the body shop to paint the wheels black before purchasing, and they did a fantastic job - I still get compliments on the wheels a year later! My experience with Audi Warwick one year later is still very positive. I've only gone to the service center twice (oil change and a small issue) and both times they were professional and friendly. My only suggestion is to upgrade the waiting area as the coffee machine is hard to figure out and their snacks are terrible as compared to other dealerships. That's a minor quibble though...but please, offer better snacks. :) read more

I don't know what it is about this dealership but I am always skeptical about my dealings at this place, specifically the service department. I traded in my 2010 Audi A4 in February 2019 and purchased a 2014 Q5. It was a pleasant experience dealing with Barry in sales and I would definitely buy another car from him......Fast forward 5k miles, I am told by the service department that I need a new drive shaft and was quoted $1,500 dollars for the repair. How would you feel if your car was fully checked out by the service department in February and told a new drive shaft is needed in April. I realize cars need repairs but this is way too close to the date of purchase for a major repair like this. On a positive note, they do have a nice loaner car option when you schedule service. read more

Dealing with this business is incredibly frustrating. You cannot reach the service department. Apparently, they have no receptionist. So someone in sales answers the phone. You tell them that you need to speak to someone in the service department and they switch you in to voicemail. I was on hold for 25 minutes listening to music. You need to keep calling and talk to a sales person, and they have to walk over to service to get someone there to give you the courtesy of their time. Just spent $4300,00 on my 2014 A4. Yeah, ouch! Not mention i had to wait a month and half for an appointment. You also can never phone and talk to real person without waiting for 20 minutes, give up in frustration and do the "press 2" and we will call you back, not true, (got 2 out of 3 calls back). That's not while I'm so disappointed. The problem is I got to the dealership at 5:05, getting stuck in rush hour traffic, and was surprised to find the service department dark and closed, not a soul in site. (don't they realize people work?) . So found a sales guy that was more than happy to take my money and joked that the service dept. was always dark at 4:59. Well being in a rush I did not look closely at my invoice until I got home. I had a question about it, I have called Rob my service rep 3 times over a 2 day period and have left messages each time. no call returned. Apparently once they have your money they could care less about you. Very, very disappointed in their lack of response. My car is running great, and was squeaky clean, but their service department should be called "lack of response department". read more

Sometimes you just need a factory trained mechanic to complete a complicated repair on today's vehicles. I have always found the Bill, my service advisor since 2004, to be upfront and honest with me about the necessary repairs that my 2000 A6 2.7T needed. He has even offered some discounted service repairs, knowing that I have a mechanic in my family, always in an effort to stay competitive. I've been going there for major repairs since 2004, and of course you could find a cheaper repair shop, but why would you want to risk having some kid right of out school (if even certified), messing around under your hood. I'l take the factory trained experienced techs any day of the week. Went to Audi to look at the pre-certified vehicles with my fiancé who wanted to trade in his Camaro (which is not an INEXPENSIVE car might I add.) We were approached by Dave (a tall older man) who asked if we needed any help. My fiancé explained that he wanted a more reliable car with all wheel drive that still looked sporty and was open to suggestions. Dave brought us to a VW because it was "cheaper than the other vehicles." When we told him this wasn't exactly our style (we were at an Audi dealership for God's sake) he shut off, refused to show us any more cars and simply read off his fact sheet if we had any further questions. He then proceeded to tell us "this was not a Honda or Toyota dealership" which was completely unprecedented since we never once mentioned that the cars were out of our price range. NO CRAP DAVE, we drove here for a reason. He ended his non existent sales pitch by telling us there were pictures of all the cars online with videos that we could look at and walked back inside. I work in sales and know exactly what Dave did. He sized us up, thought that we looked like kids, (We are going into our 30s and are homeowners, both with steady incomes) and refused to offer us the service he would have offered an older prospective buyer. We will not be shopping here ever. Dave should be ashamed and know that he not only lost a sale but a lifelong customer. It's disgusting how they treat people there. read more

I have very mixed feelings about this place, so it's taken me a while to write this review. Nonetheless, here it is: All I want is a previously-owned, certified Audi A3 with low mileage at a reasonable price. I had been scrounging the internet for months, looking for the perfect one (manual, heated seats, sunroof), and finally, there it was: just 15 minutes away at Audi Warwick. White, beige leather interior, n'ary a scratch in sight. I hauled ass down to Warwick convinced I'd be coming home with it. Sooooo, needless to say I was confused when the car wasn't actually ON the lot. I mean, hello? WHY advertise that you have this car when it's not even there? I was mildly irritated, and even more so when the only one they did have on the lot was a much more expensive, scratched-up version of the car in dark gray. I test drove it, which was fun, but it wasn't the car I wanted. I told the salesman exactly why I was there and what I was looking for and he told me that particular car would be on the lot... Soon. And that he would call me... Soon. I guess he meant weeks later, when I had moved on with my search. It's a shame this place is the only Audi dealership in RI, as I would love to purchase in-state. The follow-up was really slow, and to advertise you have something when you don't is the definition of misleading. Especially when it comes to large purchases like vehicles, you should have your shit together, especially if you have a monopoly on that particular market. All that said, they did have a huge selection of other, non-A3 Audis and the lot was spotless, as was the showroom. I needed to take my Audi in for a check engine light issue and to just get the basics checked. They are booked out a month for scheduled appointments. I waited for my appointment and upon dropping off my car on Friday, June 16, they advised me that they still couldn't get to it until 4 days after my scheduled appointment. It has now been almost two months and I still haven't gotten my car back! Every time I called to check on my care they gave more and more excuses. They had to order some coils and said the car would be ready in probably a few weeks. I called after two weeks and couldn't get through to the service center so left a message with the Sales Rep who was going to email them. Service never called me back. I finally did get ahold of them, at this point it's a month later and the coils just so happened to come in that day (which I found ironic). They finally called me last Monday saying my car should be ready by the end of the week. Well, it is now going into the next week and still no call about my car. The communication in the service dept is terrible. I have an older car, it's a 2009 Audi TT that literally didn't need much work done. So I don't know if they are choosing to work on the nicer, newer cars as top priority or taking an hour to work on a simple job and charging me over 6,000 in repairs and for "labor", but I will never take my car back to this Audi for Service repairs and do not recommend anyone taking their car there either. read more

I purchased my A4 from another dealership because I was looking for a very particular one, but now I go to Audi Warwick for all of my service. Bill is my assigned service coordinator, and he is FANTASTIC! He has the patience of a saint, and is always willing to explain something, or make sure the little details get another look-over if that is what I'd like. My work schedule is very unpredictable, so I drop off my car in the morning, get a loaner, and come back at the end of the day to pick up my car. So far it has worked out really well. This is for Inskip Audi: I went there just to look at the A3. Barry Bryant showed us the car and took his time explaining all the features. I've worked in Sales before, and I can say without hesitation that Barry is the best salesman I've ever seen. He doesn't wear a suit, doesn't have slicked back hair or wear jewelry. He simply comes across as someone you can trust....which is HUGE when you're about to drop some dough on a new car. He doesnt speak overly fast; he just says it like it is. When the A3 was too small for me, Barry suggested I spend a little more money, but get alot more car.. and go with the A4. He was right. When we went for a test drive, Barry gave me the go ahead to TEST DRIVE the car, not just go up and down the street at 25mph. After the great experience, of course I couldn't buy from anyone else. Barry offered a fair trade-in and we reached a deal quickly, easilly and without pressure on the sale price of the A4. If it weren't for Barry, I probably would've went elsewhere. The finance section was outstanding as well. Everything was explained thoroughly. Anything extra that was offered had all costs prominently displayed. The service department is very busy and can be somewhat slow, as in, 2 hours for an oil change, but they are thorough. I waited for my first 2 oil changes...never again. Now I get a loaner or have someone help me drop it off. One recommendation: Make sure you hit up the Starbucks or D&D nearby, because the sludge they call coffee in their Quattro Cafe is disgusting. Worst dealer and car company experience in 40 years of buying cars. In June 0f 2018 I leased a Q3. When I went to buy it out in June of 2021, I set an appt. 2 weeks in advance, only to be told when I arrived that they were too busy to process my sale and that I'd need to call the Audi 800# and do it through Audi HQ. Then it got worse. I paid the remainder on my car, but never received the title. Audi said they FedExed it WITH NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. Not sure where it was delivered or if it blew away or was porch pirated--but I never got it. On a legal doc for a $40K+ car, nor signature required??? Every month since August I have called Audi HQ and Warwick Audi attempting to get the title. Audi HQ says they applied for a duplicate, every month when I call. But, when I went to the DMV this month (7 months later) to check on where it was, the DMV says Audi NEVER applied for a duplicate title. When I ask for help at the dealership, they either say "We are Penske not Audi and can't help you" or when I email the general manager, Jason Burley, he does not respond. For the last 7 months, I have had a car that I cannot drive because I cannot register it without the title. A worthless lawn ornament. If you want a nightmare of an experience with a dealer that cares NOTHING about their customers, then go to Audi Warwick. If you want months of stress and now the expense of having to take legal action, go to Warwick Audi. Otherwise, buy another brand of car far, far away from the Penske Auto Group, formerly known as Inskip and stay away from Audi's worthless "Customer Experience" people. read more

I purchased my preowned Audi at a small family owned local dealership but this is truly the only nearby Audi dealership for servicing. So far, I have been there 3 times, once for an oil change and recall fix, once for a recall fix, and the last time was a complimentary seasonal inspection I had received in the mail. Twice I have just had my husband follow me and we run errands with the baby (waiting for the car) and it was done fairly quickly. Once I had a loaner. The experience has always been good, one thing I will complain about is that twice they removed my baby's car seat base which is a pain to put in for me (why we have one in each car) with truly no explanation...not really necessary for an oil change. read more

When it came to "working out a deal" that met my needs, Audi Warwick couldn't have done any better of a job getting me into a '14 Audi A6. Not only did I receive the MAXIMUM amount for my trade-in, these guys made sure I had available to me every single 'incentive' that Audi is offering for the month of March. ALL Audi incentives made available to the dealers were included in my contract/bottom-line price. i.e. Loyalty Program, March Madness Sale [something of that nature] that added to any extra xx$-off of my purchase price. Bottom line in that category - If there was an incentive available, it was included in my contract with Audi Warwick. They made sure, if I was eligible for an incentive, that I received ALL of them. Indeed I gave other dealerships the SAME opportunity to sell me the A6, but not one of them offered a better trade-in/price value than what I got from Audi Warwick. Too, I researched other makers/brands, though, all of which are in the German/Luxury categories. However, my A6 from Audi Warwick simply offered the best over-all package. Mind you, I've had 3 MB C-Class', (yes, 3 of them!) 1 MB E-Class, 1 BMW 335xi, and an Acura RL. (Yes, I'm aware that's not a German Engineered car.) - SO, this is the 5th Audi I've purchased now, and with having had a year's worth (at least a year) with those other brand/makes/model, the Audi A6 _BAR_NONE_ is the finest automobile there is, in my opinion. There's not enough room to share ALL the comparisons why I feel so strongly about my A6, but a few of the stronger points I'll mention are: 1) The gas mileage on the Audio A6 - V6 with 310 (320?) horse power giving me 34.9mpg (freeway) and 25 (around town) amazes me! I have a photo of that should you find that difficult to believe. It was taken after a good 100 mile's "from the start" so there's no arguing I DID get that good a gas-mileage and economy. (Heck, with 310HP, _SuperCharged_, you can indeed) (get out of anyone's way, any time you want to!) (Yet, keep your foot slightly lighter and you'll see 24+) (around town.) 2) Different personal preferences for different people, right? Let's assume you prefer a more 'sporty feel feedback from your car and/or _quite the opposite? You personally like the "luxury' feedback/feel as your preference. The Audi A6 offers your driving experience to be BOTH and (get this!) in between. I mean you can adjust it to have a strong bit of road feedback on the steering/shifting, or lose, _or_ in between. When you're Rock'n N' Rollin' to your Bose (or B&O) sound system listening to Classic RnR, put it in 'sporty' mode - or when you'd rather relax and listen to some New Age - change it to 'luxury' mode. 3) SAFETY! (Should be my number one point, actually.) This vehicle has such an incredible amount of state-of-the-art (technically too!) safety features, I'm overwhelmed! Before long, these things are going to start driving themselves, anyway. With that lane-change warning (and adjust) system alone(!) there WILL be less accidents in the years to come. Do I have anything negative (cons) about my purchase experience or new car? The Rhode Island tax-dollars meant to go back into the roadway infrastructure isn't that obvious to me. Or am I missing something? (That's not Audi Warwick's fault mind you...) _But_ that's OK, my A6? Still a smooth ride! I've been sitting here idle for the past 10 minutes to try and come up with at least SOMETHING negative to add (ALL reviews can't possibly be "perfect") but to be quite honest with you - I still cannot think of anything to add. Took the car in for a rattling sound in front left. Told me I need new brake pads and rotors and that it would cost $650. The only thing missing was a clip to hold the brake pad in place. I asked if they could just replace the clip. THEY LIED THEIR ASS OFF AND TOLD ME THEY DONT SELL THE CLIP INDIVIDUALLY. We bought our A4 Avant from Audi Warwick and all service was done by them; never experienced any service problems prior. My car was exhibiting a very rough idling problem which was later traced to a blown rear main seal by Audi Warwick. I dropped the car off on April 28 to have the repair made and picked up my car April 30. By May 02, when braking or shifting, I noticed that my car was making loud clunking sounds which was coming from the cross member support area of the transmission tunnel. Tried to make an appointment to have the problem looked at by Audi, but wasn't able to get through to the service department nor did they return my call. Out of frustration, I jacked the car up myself and discovered that three of the rear transmission mount bolts (one had fallen off) were not tightened and the fourth bolt that was tightened was the only one with the mechanic paint mark on it. I do understand that people make mistakes, but I always hope that when they do, they will do the next right thing to help restore their reputation, in short making it right again. Sadly Audi Warwick did not. Yes, I was reimbursed for the tow (after 10 days though), but that was all, just seem like business as usual for them. First of all if you are trading in a car. Prepare they are synonymous LOW BALLERS. I mean I get it a dealership is going to try to give you the least amount possible for your trade in but these guys are absolutely the worst. Their first offer to me for my car was literally 8-10k less than Kelly Blue Book value. They eventually came up a little. After I walked out and several calls back to me with more competitive offers - I took the deal. But in retrospect I shouldn't have. They give you such a low initial offer that when they finally give you a more competitive offer they get you to take it. Don't fall for that scam like I did. Get market value for your trade in and see what other places will give you. I promise you it will be MUCH more than this place! Next, your salesman will pressure you into giving them a 10 out of 10 star rating for their survey that Audi sends you. They say how they won't get paid, blah, blah, blah. I also fell for this and gave the salesman a 10 out of 10 star rating even though he didn't deserve it in a long shot. I won't bore you with the details but this is awful that they put this pressure on you. We should be able to rate them however we feel!! Not because the salesman may not get paid if I give them a less than stellar review! Lastly, after having several issues with my "new" car and really not having enough space I tried to see what I could about trading for another car that fit my needs a little better... and of course the LOWBALLING began again. I knew I was upside down a little bit but to to the extent they were telling me was crazy. I mean 5-7k different from KBB and what any other dealership would give me including other Audi dealers. So that my friends was the last straw. I'm trading in my car with an other dealership and getting another car. I want nothing to do with these people ever again. It sucks because I live in Warwick but there practices are awful. Note - There are many additional things I could mention here but just don't have the time. I literally don't want to waste another second thinking about this terrible dealership. My last advice to you is to RUNNNNN far and fast from this dealership!
