They didn't deliver the package. The driver said unable to access location even though I have received several shipments from this seller. Complete crap and lazy driver. All the driver had to do was use the call box to request entry to the gated community. This is the first time I have ever had any issue with a package being delivered to my address. I think the driver saw the gate and didn't want to be bothered with having to call the 24 hour attendant to request for the gate to be opened. Completely unprofessional and lazy. read more

Ordered from Shein who I have never had issues with, but recently they switched to SpeedX for deliveries and suddenly I have no idea where my delivery is. For a few days now it has been saying it is "delayed" somewhere in New York- I live in New Hampshire. The phone number listed for them on Shein no longer accepts calls and no one has responded to my text. I tried to call a number I found online for SpeedX that said to press option 0 for English- when I pressed 0 it brought me to a line that was not English and I had to hang up.
