Not the worst delivery service around and they can't be blamed for what happens at the sender's end. In this day of increased delivery and less brick and mortar we are in pioneer territory.

Scheduling was easy, and I was able to get an appointment the following Saturday morning. I dropped off my car and took a walk to a nearby café to have breakfast while they worked on it. They also have a nice air-conditioned waiting room if you prefer to wait on-site. I returned about 90 minutes later, and waited while they finished up. I take great care of the car, but every time they're done with it, it looks better than day one off the dealer floor. Steve informed me that the PPF and ceramic coating was in great shape. He also educated me that the ceramic coating on the hood wears faster than the rest of the car. They re-coated the hood for no extra charge. What service! Again, I left Elevance very happy with my initial choice to have them apply everything and returning annually for their customer only inspection and detail service. Steve and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. If you need PPF, wrapping, ceramic coating, or window tint, check out my previous reviews and go with Elevance!

For starters this review does not reflect on the owner, Steve. He has been very responsive at every…read morereach anytime I've had issues, although the resolutions may not be to complete satisfaction. However, the more I continue to see all the errors and defects on my vehicle the more dissatisfied I feel about the results. There are multiple areas crinkling and bunched up, even right after my wrap and more so now down the line. I've added some photos for reference but there are waaaay more I'm not posting that I'd like to count. My biggest issue that has been on my mind to this day is that my cars mileage increased 30 miles from when I initially dropped it off. I brought this issue up to Steve and he explained it's because they did my wheels, the body work, and test drove it but thirty miles is excessive in my opinion. One of his workers I feel definitely took my car for a joy ride and perhaps Steve is covering for them. The mileage doesn't bother me, it's the negligence, irresponsibility, and disrespect for my property of whoever drove my car. Again, Steve has been responsive since day one but his staff (who worked on my vehicle) on the other hand fell very short of the quality and expectations his shop seems to give out through their platforms. I feel like I was one in the hundreds of people who had a really bad job done. No one is perfect and I'm just that one mistake of a customer, unfortunately. All in all, zero stars for the wrap job and 3 stars for Steve's efforts and customer service and 4 stars for the body work and wheels. However, I would recommend to keep an eye on your odometer when you drop it off since it seems like his employees might have an inclination to have some fun when no one is looking or when the "test drive" is being done. I have a camera in my vehicle but when I checked it someone disconnected it almost immediately after dropping it off according to the time stamps. Little sus to me. Thank you, Steve for your kindness and doing your best to resolve each issues you may not have had your hands on directly but if I could truly resolve my dissatisfaction (especially for the money I paid) I'd prefer to redo my wrap in all the area it was defective.

The professionals at Speedpro Imaging Long Beach live up to their name and they do it with cheerful courtesy and attention to detail. They demonstrated outstanding service with outstanding staff who have outstanding artistic and technical skill. I had a rush job last Friday afternoon for a funeral service to be held the next Sunday. I called Speedpro Imaging beforehand to check on the feasibility of creating a large portrait that day. Frances checked with Robert, the production manager, and they invited me into their offices. I had a smart phone photograph and needed a large, portrait-like, high-quality image for display on an easel. Frances recommended that I scan the photograph as a 600 dpi file, and, if necessary, they could do it for me, which I thought was a very thoughtful gesture! In less than 30 minutes, out of an ordinary candid photograph, Robert worked his magic and brought the image to life in a beautifully rendered 24" x 27" portrait with the person's inner joy and personality shining through. Robert also mounted the portrait on durable board for support and placed protective coating on the image. Speedpro's price was much less than I had expected, especially given the quality of the finished product and the rush request. The family was extremely pleased with the results and, after the funeral service, several relatives and friends remarked how wonderful the likeness was. The surviving family members prize the portrait and have now hung it prominently in their home. This image has become a focal point for the surviving wife, as well as a source of great pride and comfort. I needed to find a great company to bring my invitations, backdrops and posters for my baby shower to life. A friend had her baby shower things done here and she loved it. So I decided to give them a try. The process was amazing. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted besides a butterfly garden theme. After going back and forth with Lynn and the designer, because the designer sent great designs. I was eventually able to choose exactly what was right for me. The process was so smooth, I would recommend them for everyone. Any design you want, or want to create this is the place to have your vision come to life. I am so picky and indecisive, and they helped me get into a system that was solution based and into progression. I felt so grateful because of my experience in the past with other imaging company's that made me feel rushed or were unprofessional. Speedpro Imaging is amazing. I am a student at CSULB majoring in interior architecture design. This is my first semester in the junior studio and the projects have become intense and very demanding. Today I have a presentation and I needed to find a place to print and mount my work. Every printing shop I called was unable to provide the timely service I needed. I am freaking out by this time when all of a sudden, Frances at Speedpro whom I talked to the day before, calls me up and ask how I was doing and if I need that printing job. Speedpro has been such a great printing company to work with. My fellow classmates and I at CSULB printed 33 30x40 boards with them for a really good price! Frances and Hugh did such an incredible job accommodating all our needs and time deadlines as well as communicating with us back and forth. Not only were they able to print our boards overnight, but they were even gracious enough to deliver the boards to our gallery while we were setting up for our show. I've used 562 several times to print laptop decals for my computer, and while previous orders were…read morejust cutouts of my logo and were acceptable, this most recent experience was a complete disappointment. I ordered a full laptop decal to cover the front of my laptop, and the quality was subpar. The decal was covered in visible fingerprints, bent easily, and just looked overall poorly made. When I placed my order this past week, I specifically asked if I could pick it up by Saturday, and the person I spoke with confirmed that would be fine. He asked me to send payment via Zelle, which I did. To my surprise, I was able to pick up the order a day early, on Friday, which I appreciated. However, when I arrived, the four decals I paid $45 for were not even protected--he just handed them to me uncovered. The decals already looked of low quality when I received them, but I remained hopeful they might look better on my laptop. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The quality was terrible, so I sent him videos to show the issues and didn't receive a response. After being ignored, I called today to discuss the situation, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he dismissed my concerns by blaming the installation. He refused to take any accountability and even mentioned that they use the same material on cars. That's irrelevant--I'm talking about the poor quality of the product you made, not how you use it on other surfaces. I try to be fair, but I don't tolerate businesses failing to take accountability and instead shifting the blame onto the customer. That's simply bad business. I was informed that they don't offer refunds because everything is customized, but if a customer is genuinely dissatisfied, there should be some effort to make it right. That's how I believe good business is done, and I clearly do business differently. So, I won't be returning.
