The mother has dementia and didn't know or remember that her daughter told her that she already agreed to sell it to me. Brian went over right away and convinced the mother to sell it to him. He had to have gotten the keys and Title from their friend who had already agreed to meet with me a few days later. Clearly he felt the need to hurry and go buy it as soon as possible before I had the chance to wrap things up. He knew full well that he wouldn't have even known it was for sale unless I had called Transolutions asking about it. According to him, he said "if anyone's in line before me to buy it, sell it to them", but the granny didn't remember that her daughter already told her it was sold.
