I went to 2 places trying to find someone to fix my Fitbit. The plastic insert on the band cracked…read moreoff inside the face of my Fitbit watch and I tried everything to get it out. This was required for me to be able to put a new band on it or I would have needed to buy a new one. I figured someone with the right tools and experience with detail may be able to help, and that's when C&K electronics came to the rescue. I got a call and a text today that the iPad was ready. They apologized about the whole ordeal and they gave me an amazing discount because of everting I posted before (the story). Scott fixed the board in a day which allowed me to get the heat back running in a day. The other option was to put a new boiler in which was crazy since the existing one was in great shape. I would have loved to have given a better review for this, but even if we hadn't had the heated exchange, I felt the price was a bit high ($500) and was never broken down or explained to me. Everyone that I knew told me I was insane for paying that kind of money for a repair when TV's of the same size (and a fraction of the weight, lugging this thing to his shop twice was NO fun) could be bought new. What stopped me from sending this TV to the junkyard was his assurance (and some research) that it was a great TV that could be made good as new. Considering its original price tag, I agreed to repairing it instead of replacing. He could very well be the Rain Man of television repair, but in this day and age, a hand-scribbled receipt, gruff demeanor, and cash-only approach is not what I look for in a 5 star experience.

I had the battery changed and my wife called me concerned because she had our two daughters in the car and she was driving down the street and the car stopped. The very next day we brought it to the jeep dealership where we bought the car and they said "we thought we have seen it all but this one takes the cake". I called them and admittedly it took me a while as I travel for work. They then took their sweet time not getting back to me with every excuse in the world. I want to be clear I asked for my money and I told them more importantly this kid is Going to hurt someone. My wife was in the middle of the street. I spoke to the manager who told me he would look into it. After getting back to me he said there was nothing they can do. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR FAMILY SAFE. after discussion with the manager he pointed out how I took too long to get back to them. He ignored the video. And told me with his employee told me that he was fixing it in a different way. In reality the Young man told me he had trouble loosening the nuts on my battery.
