We were greeted right away by Dave, who was helping a customer carry something out to their car. When he came back in, he listened to what we were there for and showed us upstairs to one of the listening rooms. He patiently answered approximately five million questions from my husband and, as luck would have it, what they had on display almost exactly matched what we were looking for. They were able to to get fiddly with the details of what looking at side panel options and determining how the tv mount connects. It was a no brainer to make our purchase from Simply Stereo. The price was excellent and the customer service was top notch. From the email through purchase, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be back in the future - I think a few speakers caught my husband's eye while we were wandering the store.

The basement is not entirely finished because it is used mostly by my teenage kiddos & their friends, but we did want an outstanding entertainment system for them to watch movies & play games. We opted for a projector & screen. We also wanted to integrate the Philips Hue system for a backlighting on the screen that coordinates with the picture. He & his colleagues built speaker boxes for us & the frame behind the screen upon which the lighting strip would rest. It came out amazing! They did an outstanding job. One year later, and all is still running smoothly. I have not had to reach back out to them for anything so far, but I was left with a strong impression that if we needed help with anything we would just be able to call. I feel confident that they would be supportive given the experience we had throughout the initial process.

I had brought my Epson XP-810 to Cheryl a few years back at the old location. I had initially taken…read moreit to my local repair shop that is an HP repair shop and I don't think they knew what to do with an inkpad replacement (they weren't able to reset the electronic counter right, since it went off again shortly after). Cheryl checked the inkjet pad but more importantly tried to see if the main black lines for the printer could be revived after they were probably clogged with using unreliable black pigment ink. She was informed in talking about the printer which encouraged me to pickup another one used and stop using bulk black pigment ink in a refillable cartridge (but I still do with dye ink for the colors and photo black.)
