In November I bought a car from the online dealer that has the giant vending machine looking…read morebuildings. The car had a sagging headliner that was not disclosed in the ad and so the dealer agreed to replace it under warranty. The stipulation was that I had to take it to a body repair shop in Freeport (we'll call them Gerbil Glass & Collision) and the quote for the repair must be submitted by the end of the initial warranty period (which was end of January). After much hemming and hawing from Gerbil it was now in the middle of January, and they still had not submitted the quote to the warranty company. I called the warranty company voicing my concern with Gerbil and they finally recommended Caliber Collision. Caliber got me in right away and handled everything with the warranty company. They kept me in constant communication with texts, emails, and had a weblink that showed the progress of my car while it was being repaired. They did excellent, quick work and the headliner looks like it came straight from the factory, better even!
