I thought it was a one off thing so I tried it again and got the same result so I just don't get hot beverages here anymore. The baristas have always been very kind and attentive. When it's slow you can tell they are a bit bored so they keep themselves occupied but as soon as a customer comes in they're standing and willing to take the order. They are great. I highly recommend stopping in if you are ever in the area. I believe they're a chain as well so I'm sure you can find them all over Indy and beyond.
