My most recent favorite flavor is tiramisu I always get half the flavor pumps because I don't want it overly sweet I really want to enjoy the coffee flavor. They make it super hot so you can enjoy it and don't have to worry about it getting cold before you finish. Highly recommend getting before you start shopping and then you can enjoy while you browse.

It provides both a small, intimate setting but also a lot of room and space for groups of 3-4. I'm from California and was visiting family for a bit. Wanted to find a local coffee shop to work from. We came here about 10 years ago. Super happy this coffee shop is still around. Still has really good character, warm vibe, and employees were super welcoming to us. Grabbed a cold brew with foam, a mango/pineapple smoothie, a cookie (they gave us a second because one accidentally broke, kind gesture), a blueberry muffin, and a carrot muffin. Everything was great. That carrot muffin was the bomb. The cold brew was really good too. Classic caffeine kick, bold flavor as usual, and can really taste the fruit notes. I came back the next day to work. It was busy but there's still room to dine in and the team still got through the orders efficiently. For how busy it was, I didn't wait too long to order and get what I needed. Definitely overstayed my time but really needed a nice spot to work from. There's a lot of seating inside and out, but it gets pretty packed during lunch time. Was willing to give up my seat if needed. The staff consistently cleaned tables and seats and kind enough to just allow me to work despite my long stay. I went back to order a chai latte and the bagel and lox. The chai is unsweetened so I added their chai syrup. If you want it sweeter, probably add a bit more. I didn't mind their chai as is. Still good and getting all the spice notes after a cold brew was refreshing. The bagel and lox was phenomenal. I had to be proper and eat it like a civilized adult human being... but would've totally devoured it in seconds with my bare fingers if I was in the privacy of my home. Would come back.

In the middle of our conversation, one employee started watching videos at full volume. The sound was loud enough to compete with the music already playing in the shop. I asked if he could use headphones, and to his credit, he turned it off. Not long afterward, another employee started doing the exact same thing. This continued on and off for the next hour. I was honestly stunned by the lack of basic manners. I don't know who taught these people that it's acceptable to impose their personal cell phone audio on an entire room of paying customers, but it's behavior I'd expect from a small child, not from people representing a business.

My first time visiting Bubblys and here is what I saw…read more    _New Years Eve hours sign still on the front door 3 days AFTER the holiday (I blame management).  _Dining area did not look clean (and not very busy).  _County Food Safety score of 94.5 is not an acceptable score (more detail on this later). _Person on the register was talking on the phone while the customer in front of me was waiting (did not sound like a business related call).  _Not all food prep employees were wearing hats, one worker was touching his hair then back to food prep, nobody was wearing gloves.  At this point we no longer wanted to eat here so we left (went next door to Tony's Pizza).    I looked up their most recent food safety inspection and here are a few violations.    _Hand-washing sink had no paper towels (so are they even washing their hands?).  _Refrigeration coolers running above 50 degrees (should be below 41 degrees). _Dirt buildup in kitchen area (repeat violation from prior inspections).  _Outside garbage dumpster area was messy. _General cleaning of facilities is a repeat violation including "large amount of buildup near fryers".    Note that ALL of the food inspection scores in 2025 were below a 95. There are numerous other restaurants around with employees who care about their customer's health achieving scores of 100

Workers are attentive and orders are made fairly quick. Waterbean coffee is an adorable little shop, and a great place to recharge and get some work done! I will be back. :)
