I did not stay in the train but was in a room that had a view of the train just outside. The rooms themselves are dated but clean and the hotel is walking distance from many of the downtown attractions.

The room I had did not have a functional kitchenette, I don't know if that's the case for every room. Room floors are concrete, hot water is scarce. But it's a bed, a roof over your head, a working bathroom... all the things you probably need if you're looking this far down the list for an extended stay place. I was going through a divorce and needed someplace to call home for a few weeks, it wasn't the best room I've ever stayed in but it sure was easy on my budget.

They hustled like crazy last Friday and Saturday night while we got to know some new friends. I never got names but it was certainly a solid experience. Great pours of wine, excellent drinks and beers were frosty! We chatted with some of the in-laws and they said the AirBnb units were amazing so next time we may gravitate towards that if those units are available! Super solid experience with some minor hiccups. I would still recommend the stay. The hotel itself is a hop, skip and a jump from the Monon trail and a quick jaunt to Java House. Per their policy they don't refund bookings canceled within the last seven days from the stay date. I asked them to kindly make an exception given that I had to cancel for reasons that were totally beyond my control. They said No. It is their policy no to refund, but it is their choice to be nice and kind. They choose no to. It goes without saying that I won't stay here in my future trips to Indianapolis. Nor do I recommend them for the antiquated policies and lack of compassion.

He immediately removed the listing from AirBnb stating he was undergoing technical issues. This property is also listed for sale on Zillow and with an agent so beware of booking! If it sells, you won't have a rental. Terrible customer service. Horrible owner. Do not trust!
