There's a lot of parking and the place is beautiful outside. We got a basic room online for $75. We checked in and the guy who helped us was really nice. You enter a code for the front door and you get a key to your room. The room was basic but very cute but can't beat the price. There was a tv , small closet, and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was down the hall. It was a little new for me to share the bathroom but is seriously was not that bad. There was restaurants close by and Walmart is about a mile away. Overall if you're in the area I would recommend stay here. You get a very basic break but for the price it's just something small. Overall great experience.

Even for someone as directionally challenged as I am, downtown Indy is incredibly close! There's fast food in every direction and, most important, the Speedway is within walking distance. Goodbye race day traffic. I'd come to this inn all the time if I didn't go to school in Indy already. The only downside is some of the queer behavior of the electronics. I'm not saying they were dangerous, but it seemed odd to me. The only thing nearby was the Sam's club which I was unable to go in to get some needed supplies (water, etc.). They had an airport shuttle and it was convenient to where the event I was in town for was occurring. I flew in, grabbed the shuttle which made one other stop first, then was at my hotel fairly quickly. Some coworkers drove in and they agreed it didn't seem like the best location, but the price was right. The staff was totally awesome and let me check in early. The room was nice and clean. It also seemed like it was close to the speedway as another coworker picked me up and we went to Daredevil Brewing which wasn't too far away. Go there for the pizza! I'd stay here again if I was in town, but I don't know if I could convince others to do the same. Maybe if I was driving, it wouldn't seem as isolated from stuff.

The TV was small but good enough to watch something. The pool room does NOT have a hot tub like the website I booked it on said it did. The gym is at best rubbish, it has a treadmill and a bike machine. The pool heater was not working, the ice maker on the second floor didn't work, the shower didn't have hot water it was Luke warm the first night and flat out cold the next night. There was nothing crazy like bugs in the room or bed bugs but there were several things that didn't work or lacked. If you do go to Quality Inn I'd bring these items, 1. Hand soap 2. Body Wash & Shampoo 3. Your own blanket 4. A Roku, Apple TV, etc. These things should make your experience slightly more enjoyable but all in all, this hotel is not the best and I wouldn't go there.

The property is large and with no elevators. If your room is on the other end of the property from the lobby you will have quite a walk and need to lug your luggage up the stairs. The breakfast was absolutely the smallest selection I've ever seen. I needed a computer to print some documents but this La Quinta doesn't have any office amenities. So now for the positive. The room was spacious and I could easily see a family of four sharing this room. The bed was comfortable , clean and I slept well The bathroom was dated with low water pressure but it did the job. The price was reasonable and this was my main priority since I was alone and I didn't have to worry about the wife not having some luxury. If you are looking for a cheaper place to stay that is still mostly clean and don't mind not having all the amenities normally associated with a current hotel this might be your answer.
