stopped at this Speedway and was extremely disappointed by the customer service. The clerk working was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I asked a simple question, I was met with attitude and eye-rolling, as if I was a burden just for needing help. It's really frustrating to be treated like that, especially when you're just trying to make a quick stop and go. Fast pumps with plenty of room to pump. Clean facility with good selection of to-go items.

I like coming here at night. The guy that works here is the upmost friendliest person ever. Great place to get gas and munchies especially from getting off of I 80! It's open 24 hours, decent bathrooms, decent food Mart. Very active in the mornings and evenings. Definitely reccomend this place. Average experience. read more

What a junk hole this gas station is. So gross and dirty. Half of the pumps were out of order, and the one I chose did not work very well. I almost left, but then it suddenly worked. Has the owner ever thought of power washing and repainting? Obviously not. I am surprised a place can still be in business with this low quality attitude. I would never dream to buy food or drinks here based on how poorly run the outside is. I will take my business elsewhere in the future. read more

Since the Mayor of New Lenox has pubically said to buy our Gas somewhere else, I am. Speedway has admitted it raised our prices in town, and since we as customers dont seem to care, they just raise the price.. DONT BUY GAS IN NEW LENOX! read more

It's probably strange to have a favorite gas station, but this is mine. I stop here at least once a week on my way to work. The gas prices are lower down in Will County than my home county of DuPage. The ladies who work here always seem to be in a good mood and are very friendly - something of a rarity with gas stations! I also love that you can buy any size of fountain drink, including the slushes, for 69 cents (75 cents with tax). I've enjoyed many a Mt. Dew slush when I'm moving slowly in the morning! read more

I'll never go here again. Yesterday I went in to purchase an El Monterey burrito. I couldn't locate them and asked a woman employee for help and with attitude said over there and pointed in the vicinity of where they were. I walked over to where she pointed and told her I still can't find them and again with attitude came over and pointed out where they were. I grabbed one and noticed that it was green on the bottom because it was open and waited patiently in line and gave it to the cashier. One, employee very rude and two, have to pay more attention to products. That cooler display barely kept the items cool. You have sandwiches with mayo in it on there. read more

Our mayor suggested we buy gas elsewhere rather than our own home town. I didn't think much about it till this morning. I was running errands and, in need of gas, I stopped at the Speedway on US30 AND FILLED UP AT $3.99. My errands took me to Lockport, 4 mi. away, still in Will County, where I passed another Speedway with gas for $3.77!!! 22 CENTS A GALLON DIFFERENCE ONLY 4 MILES AWAY!!! Why do they insist upon gouging us in this town when their other outlets with the same brand are charging so much less. Is there something illegal going on here? We are not some fancy downtown Chicago location or exclusive vacation getaway destination- we are the same hard-working people like the ones in Lockport right next door!!!!! I support our mayor in his efforts and will now buy gas elsewhere. something is very wrong when a mayor has to tell his citizens to leave town and buy stuff elsewhere. WTF????????????? read more
