Went thru drive thru for a two coffees. Waited patiently over 20 minutes because they were busy and short staffed. Manager came to window and gave me a $3 card for waiting so long for next time. Just came in to get me daughter a sweet drink. The $3 gift card was not activated according to the cashier. She said that it happens all the time, called the manager over and he tried swiping thru then he told me that I had used it. I told him no I have not. He insisted and obviously accused me of lying. They offer great customer service. Very friendly staff and clean and comfortable furniture.

I understand that this Starbucks had to change their hours due to COVID but I was very disappointed when I was in the drive thru a couple of minutes before closing. I was in the middle of the line, when a Starbucks employee came out and put traffic cones in front of my car and I asked what was going on and he said they were about to close. and I said why did you choose the middle of the line. He said to to me sorry we are closing I have to cut it off somewhere and went back inside. Didn't even take time to tell all the other cars behind me that they weren't going to be served. Came here at a slow time in the afternoon 9/28. The drive thru was two cars in the parking lot. I was in line for over 30 minutes. I saw three people inside working. The owners of this starbucks need to find a new manager and crew during this time. read more

The staff were friendly, but it a long time to get my order. The chairs and tables also had crumbs on them. Once I finally got my order they forgot the cookie, so I asked for it and reminded them it was supposed to be warm. My cookie came back cold and I was very disappointed. Staff is friendly but I have been to numerous Starbucks and this is by far the slowest I've ever encountered. Several times I have waited 20 min in the drive thru when there was only two cars. If I see more that two cars I always go in thinking it will be faster It's not. I go there about four times a week. Today was so bad that I walked out even after paying for my coffee. read more

This Starbucks is a typical clean Starbucks,and the drive up line is mostly long, so if you think preorder is a better option think again, twice I've tried, it and twice I've been shocked by the rude and stupidity of this place, walk-in people standing everywhere waiting, walk up not acknowledge have to ask for help for my preorder that they haven't even started, meanwhile more people enter with no acknowledgement. I've been a loyal Starbucks customer for years and normally the staff is always amazing. Even though Dunkin is cheaper and much faster I always choose Starbucks. However, I went to Starbucks this week and paid with a $100 bill. The girl handed back my change and exclaimed $81.00. I immediately recognized it was actually only $61.00 and tried to hand it back. The girl at the window said "oh the other girl is getting the rest" I said ok. So the "other girl" returns, opens the window and says I counted $81.00. I said to her "no I am sorry but it was only $61.00". She heavy sighed and said "NO it was $81.00". Again I tell her I am sorry but it was only $61.00. She then gives me $80 minus the $1 but whatever at this point who cares and the three girls at the window stood there talking bad about me with the window open. I was actually shocked to have been treated that way. No grace or apology given and essentially she accused me, a customer that comes 7 days a week, of trying to scam/steal $20.00. It was extremely disrespectful and I will not be returning to Starbucks after that experience. For management it was May 17th around 5pm. read more
