The parking lot has plenty of space, and several exits. Other gas stations could learn a thing or two from this one's design. SNACKS. Good selection of drinks and snacks. Usually fully stocked on what they offer. NICE STAFF. They are friendly, but sometimes slow. I'll take friendly over quick and mean. The worst aspects: LINES. There is always a line, even at 1am on a Tuesday. This place always seems to be hoppin' for no reason. Even when you're next in line the service is slow. PANHANDLING. I've kept track over the past few months, and of my 15 trips there I've been hit up for change 13 times. Don't ask for change for gas when you didn't even drive here. I only gave money to the one honest guy who said he needed money for beer. SAFETY. There are some blind corners in the parking lot that I avoid parking in at night. Be wary of your surroundings here. Occasionally I'll see a security guard, which is a welcome improvement. DIRTY. Parking lot always has trash blowing around, giving the place a dirty look. Overall, I would rather go to the Turkey Hill at Broad and Nelson instead, but this place is closer and more convenient.

So I have to use card. Then it's not accepting the lottery card where you pick your numbers. So basically didn't get the number I needed and now have to find another one that works and get the number we are betting at. They should put a sign that it's not working so ppl don't put in their money.

Online it says they are open 24 hours, but there is at least two or three days out of the work week where they are shut down, closed, lights off, and no signs of life. Just for an example they were open last Sunday and the Sunday before, but this Sunday morning they are closed, if there was at least a pattern of when this place is open or closed I would not be complaining. but of course on the days they are randomly closed I'm forced to turn around to go to the BP gas station. It was not shelved- so the African American lady(50years old- she told me several times) went to the back and got me a warm pack. I told her I wanted 1- 3 pack and she proceeded to not tell me the total and rang me out for 3 of the packs. I asked for a refund for my money and she told me to "go get more beer because it won't go to waste" I then again asked for the money back on my card and she told me to leave and I had to wait until 2am to get my money back. I asked for the managers number from the other girl that was working( her friend who clearly doea not work there was behind the counter as well) told me she didnt know her managers number or his name. I called her out on it and also told her not to give me a fake number. The African American lady told me she was going to call the police if I asked for the number again. I just wanted my money back for something I did NOT purchase. Not that difficult. You better believe the owner will hear about this.
