Told me repeatedly that they didn't have any employees and weren't fulfilling orders, but wouldn't help me to understand how to cancel my mobile order. I am not a Krispy Kreme kind of girl although people rave about their doughnuts. I like the maple long Johns across the street at Giant Eagle. But hey, you get a free doughnut, per day for showing your vaccination card. Yippee. Now some are screaming about Krispy Kreme offering free doughnuts for Americans many of whom tend to be a bit or alot overweight. But what did you expect from Krispy Kreme? A head of lettuce? I think it is terrific that a company offers a generous reward for getting vaccinated. Will I get one every day? No, but I appreciate their generosity. The glazed doughnut was small, compared with Giant Eagle but it was fresh and delivered with great customer service. No making you feel guilty for just getting the free item. Tonight I had my account hacked and someone ordered donuts via DoorDash using our account. When I called to get our points back..the hacker had already called pretending to be us so the store employees automatically assumed I am the scammer and proceeded to repeatedly hang up on me while I was trying to get help to rectify the situation. They answered the phone rudely, used the F-bomb and hung up on me twice without listening to my dilemma. I had to call another store to get help with the problem. I took my family here a few days ago and I was shocked at how filthy it was. The place was pretty empty with only a couple people getting donuts to go. The donut selection was awful. They said they didn't even carry the strawberry shortcake donut in which I went in for. I submitted feedback on the website I got an email from Darryl. Worst Krispy Kreme in Columbus. Staff does the minimum and are mostly rude. I've had 2 separate occasions where my order was not done correctly. First one I ordered by delivery the Reese's donuts dozen and got regular assorted dozen. Second time I ordered on drive-through an assorted dozen and asked to include 4 fresh original glazed donuts. The box didn't have one glazed donut. Their donuts are also smaller that other locations in Columbus. Not going to this location ever again. read more

My son loves to come here when we are in the area, usually about every other Sunday. Let's not joke around; Krispy Kreme is ridiculously delicious. This location, however, is seriously lacking in cleanliness and customer service on the weekends. The floors are consistently filthy with visible trash tucked into every corner. Tables are rarely cleaned off, trash cans often overflowing. More often than not, the weekend staff consists of young kids who seem to hate their jobs and hate dealing with the public even more. They barely speak, roll their eyes, and rarely thank their customers. They've really ruined a good thing at this location. read more

I've been reading the reviews from this place and I've honestly not had a bad experience. I love that they built this place mainly because I used to have to go all the way to Polaris before this and that's just too far for donuts. I will say their hot and ready are were it's at but I've been digging the holiday themed donuts too! Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's Day ones have been the bomb lately but I'm a sucker for anything Holiday related! I've been here twice since moving to the area and the donuts here are less to be desired. The first time, I got a dozen assorted and a dozen original glazed. The size of the donuts are much smaller than other locations to the point that they don't even fill up the box. The assorted were not even edible. It's like they were two days old and stale. Got our donuts with terrible attitude. Went in with our boys to get donuts and drinks. The young lady serving us had such poor service attitude the adults decided we would prefer to not get food or drinks. She asked what we wanted and then promptly walked away, then came back with attitude. Then one child ordered his donut, we went to say something else and she rudely interrupted saying, how many donuts are getting. We said, two. This location doesn't even deserve the star I'm giving. The customer service is awful! I've never experienced a friendly employee here and the drive thru is always shut, so that you can go inside and wait an hour for the rude employees to throw your donuts in a box and act like they have better things to do. I don't go very often, but it's the closest location and my kid loves donuts! Last time we went I ordered a large iced coffee.....the guy put it in the smallest cup and when I questioned it he rolled his eyes at me and ignored my question. On Thursday, Mar 17, placed an order through the app for delivery for my coworkers as a nice gesture. Money was debited from my account. 15 minutes before delivery, I get text that order was "modified". 5 minutes before delivery due, get text 'order cancelled", no reason given. Tried 10 times over next three days to call to find out why, no one ever picked up call. Money has been taken from account, debit went from "pending" to "final charge", no product ever delivered or received. Filled out online survey, no one ever contacted back. Don't EVER order from this store! Even when I've gone to drive thru, often no one working to take order in early morning hours. Great experience for a classic product. I'll keep this short and sweet. The staff was super nice and friendly. It wasn't just one person either. Everyone was conversed with us in such a positive manner. The hot and ready donuts were top notch and the "one free donut" experience is a nice touch. Even each donut is $1+, the variety and the quality is worth it. Also, the coffee was mighty Bueno. Just pulled into the drive thru at 6:00am and sat until we finally drove forward to the window. We could see the workers and they could see us. Finally, an employee opened the window and said, "We're not open!". We asked when they would be open. We were rudely told again that they were not open (even though their posted hours were 6:00am). Omg these donuts are sooooo good. The original glazed donut is the best fresh off the line. There so many different types of donuts thats there something for everyone. When You bite into hot fresh glazed donut it literally melts before you take a full bite. Then you get a sugary warm coating in your mouth. Happiness in a bite but beware they are a totally different doughnut when cooled off. There other doughnuts are extremely sugary in fact you will be ok after one. read more

So, I went to this location at 6990 Broad st in Columbus, went thru the drive through, guy had the absolute WORST attitude I have ever came across. So I finish my order pull up to window hand this guy a gift card. He says card machine is down. I said well I just called they said I have 10 bucks on it. He got a bigger attitude said you didnt just call here, at this time I'm getting pissed, I said no I just talked to corporate. Terrible customer service at the Broad Street Branch strictly by the General Manager. My mom placed and paid for a large order of donuts 4 days ago for an event that she always is excited to be part of "Trick or Treat for Food". She is responsible for donut holes and cider for the trick or treaters; and she also ordered a few holiday decorated glazed donuts for the helpers. Well, my dad went to the E. Broad store to pick up the order and to his surprise, they were "sold out". He showed the manager the confirmation email and told her that she had already paid for the order. The manager responded, "Well, we are sold out, you should have called and confirmed". And her solution was to refund the money, instead of giving us a better solution for our event in 5 hours. I called and asked for a better solution, such as calling other Krispy Kreme locations near by to see if they can help fulfill the order, or help us find alternatives. She told me "I have better things to do than to listen to you cry over donut holes. Call corporate." Seriously..... very nice.... now we are scrambling to fill our commitment for my moms event and to make sure these trick or treaters are not without their beloved and highly anticipated donut holes. Bad service. Employees act bored to your face, then run back and giggle with coworkers as if they're bad mouthing you. They clearly had their phones out; not a single person greeted us and hardly made eye contact. We couldn't even hear our total because the cashier was mumbling while leaning on the cash register...
